“Liked it; we stayed on the return trip”

The hotel was more than I expected. The hot breakfast included omelets, bacon and sausage. We liked it so much, we booked it for our return trip. Only regret, we did not get the Expedia rate on the return trip since we booked it ourselves. Next time I will book the hotel going and returning from Disney.

After a long day of driving, it was wonderful to drive right off the highway right to the hotel within seconds. It was a very clean room, and wonderful service.

“Quiet, comfortable stay~Perfect for Business!”

This was the cleanest Hotel I have ever had the pleasure of staying at. I was dehydrated when I finally arrived and the staff got me a bottle of water free of charge. The outside of the Hotel was immaculate and the foryer was gorgeous! Immediately when I opened the door to my room I could smell the cleanliness. The bed was very comfortable and the room was honestly in tip top condition and updated. The bathroom was beyond awesome and they actually provided free toiletries from Bath and Body Works!!! I will stay at this hotel every time I travel on business and will not even almost consider anyonelse. I discovered this Hotel because the last one I stayed at was deplorable and I actually paid less for this room. The staff really take pride in their Hotel and put customers at the forefront of their business and it SHOWS! I Love you Holiday Inn of Franklin, KY!!! Thank you sooo much for an awesome visit!

“Awesome Stay!!”

My wife and I recently stayed at this facility and we were so pleasantly treated by the staff. We were unsure as to what we would find as the last time we stayed at a Holiday Inn, it was dreadful. If we are passing through the area again, I will most certainly not hesitate to stay here again. The manager and the staff at this facility know how to go above and beyond and also know how to provide top notch service to their guests.
