None of the outlets in the hotel worked, the tv remote ended up breaking and I had to call someone to fix it. The key cards stopped working, and the rooms were dirty and smelled like cat pee.

Excellent First Stay
Great stay! This was my first visit to this hotel. All the employees were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The beds were quite comfortable and I slept well on them. Will stay here again if I return to Bowling Green.

The threshold entering into the bash has frayed from ware. I stepped on what I assume is a staple. Lord only knows how many others have done the same thing. My foot is sore this morning. I'm hoping it doesn't get infected. The thought of multiple people stepping on the same sharp needle like object is concerning. On another note, I entered the room at check-in, and the thermostat was set to 65. It didn't take me long to figure out why. If I hadn't brought a fan with me, I would not have been able to sleep. I can't imagine what the room temp would be if my visit was during warmer months. I don't like complaining but I feel like the rug issue should have been fixed when it's obvious ware. We are living in an era where we just went through a worldwide pandemic and getting stuck with a sharp object is unsettling. Hope you understand my concern. I just hope it gets fixed before someone else gets stuck.

The thermostat was broken, they replaced it, so the air conditioner went off, but there was no heat. The room was freezing. I asked the front desk for a blanket and a heater, she forgot to forward request to customer service. After 3 hours, finally got a blanket and heater. Tub was dirty and broken in places.

Terrible Stay
This stay was terrible from the start.After an 11 hour drive we were given a room with a non working air conditioner.They sent an engineer and he could not fix the issue.So I was first told nothing could be done about it.Then I was offered to stay in that room and “possibly” be moved the following day.Then I was offered a box fan.Finally after two hours we were moved to another room.This room was not the same type of room I paid for.The layout was different.There was little to no television service.Two of the lamps didn’t work.Mold in the bathroom.No exhaust fan in the bathroom. The housekeeping was all but nonexistent.We stayed for 6 nights.Our room was never cleaned.Bed never made,trash never taken out and had to ask for bath towels on more than one occasion. Not one time were we offered any kind of compensation for the downgrade of room or the troubles.It was the absolute worst experience I have ever had in a hotel.
