My kids accidentally made a call on the phone and management called being very rude even after explaining it was an accident. Even after, all interactions with staff and management were very poor. I wouldn’t recommend this specific hotel to anyone, let alone come back to this hotel myself. I was also required to leave a $100 cash deposit upon checkin that was never a part of the booking process. It was unexpected and I was glad that I had the extra money otherwise the fun weekend I had planned would have been ruined for my children and I. Overall experience was a 3/10. Would not recommend.

The hotel was very dirty and gross. There was a large insect (cockroach?) squished on the lobby floor no one bothered to clean. Our room was “non-smoking,” which apparently meant they just febreezed the room a lot to cover the smoke from previous patrons. The towels smelled horrible along with the linens. Basically, the only thing this room had as a positive was a warm shower.

Great place, location, & friendly staff
One night stay weekend. Cleanliness, great amenities, and safe. Location is easily found. Felt safe. Lots of places to eat and do around. Traveling with elderly mother. The accessible rooms were perfect. Pool and spa area were operational. Plenty of parking. Breakfast had hot and cold foods. Reasonably prices with plenty of things to do. There is no fitness center. In case this is important for those reading.

The last school checked us in needs a raise, she was very kind and patient! A gentleman was in her face screaming and threatening her and she kept her composure. She makes the hotel!!! Your pool room is way too hot, had multiple people feeling dizzy from the heat! Just becareful with its temps!

We were not aware that the hotel was a renovated older hotel. There was a door to the outside in our room. There was not chair to sit except the one at the desk. We were not happy with the Breakfast a fare. All carbs no protein such as eggs. The sausage biscuits get tough when you microwave them. Coffee was great.

Check in was easy, keys worked every time, quiet & a good nights sleep. Breakfast offers coffee, waffles, sausage biscuit for microwave, cereal, different types of bread, yogurt & milk. Clean efficient area to eat. Thanks!!

I paid for my room and they Said they had to hold a $100 deposit for my room and it would be put back on my card the next day, they took the $100 deposit and they also charged an additional $100 to my card. When I talked to them at the desk they lied to me and said they didn’t ( even tho I was looking at my bank statement that clearly showed they did) So now I have to go file a dispute at my bank and try to get refunded.. 0/10 for my experience here!
