“Dirty, under construction, moldy”

The hotel was dirty, the service was sub par at best, if even present. The roof was leaking in the lobby into a bucket. The room keys were outdated and ungainly.

“Disappointed”

after having spent the night I found a used wash cloth (not mine) hanging on the shower curtain rod and a "bug" crawling on the dresser. The hotel appologised.

“Will stay here again!”

This hotel was beautiful. The lobby was nicely decorated and very clean. Service was wonderful, even late (10:30 pm). We called down for some toiletries that were forgotten, and they had them for us within 10 minutes. The only problem was a shortage of towels. We had a reservation for 4 people and there were only linens for two when we walked in. Again, this was easily resolved. And of course, breakfast was good. Make-your-own waffles, juice, fruit, etc.

“Weekend Away”

This was a simple weekend getaway, thanks to the hotel we were able to relax and enjoy our time away.
