I would stay there again.Posted Apr 27, 2015
Pros: It was clean and the staff was helpful.
Location: The hotel is close to freeway access and there were plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from.
The check-in was fast. The staff was friendly and helpful. While the bathroom showed some age....It was clean. I used the free internet service. The ac and heater kept the room temperature to my liking. I stayed 2 nights and took advantage of the free breakfast . The price was right. Bottom line....I would stay there again.

Solid budget option, but not for the faint heartedPosted Feb 27, 2015
Pros: Free wifi (when it worked). Lots of choices regarding eating places along the main road. The hotel was neat and tidy.
Cons: Rear truck parking would be better. The front needs an overhaul (eg. No trucks, fountain repair & more plants). Rooms want "real" furniture.
Location: Merely a place to stay. Sonic across the road for an urgent eat. Bar in front for an urgent drink. Lots of food options for miles along the main road.
The main foyer, when we found the main entrance, was open and inviting. The number of trucks parked outside prepared us for a "no-frills" hotel. Another reviewer's comments that there are no lifts, also prepared us for the flight of stairs to our room and then back and forth to the amenities on the ground floor. But nothing prepared us for the timber look alike furniture that was actually painted pressed metal. I found it funny that everything clanged when it was used. If there had been bars on the window, we may have felt like we could be staying in a hospital or prison ward! The room coffee was unappealing, so I walked to Sonic across the road for a beverage. The internet eventually worked. Breakfast was ordinary with way too much plastic and styrofoam for my "greenie" ways. There weren't enough healthy options and there wasn't any hot tea that I could see. Apart from that, the linen looked clean, I slept well and I tried not to touch too much in the room. In summary, our room was more than adequate for a place to sleep for a single night. I don't think I'd like to stay any longer than that.

Our stay in Feb,2015Posted Feb 20, 2015 on Hotels.com
When I checked in the person working could see I was 6ft tall! And gave us a handicap room??? The bathroom all was soooo low!!!!! 18 wheelers taking up 4 and 5 parking places and trucks with trailers doing the same??One night we had to park out front and our room was all the way out back and it was COLD and Windy! My wife and I Madelyn Gray have stayed with you before several times and I think worst stay ever ,And shower head fell off soon as I touched it? Her son is getting Married in May I will have to think about telling people from out of town to stay there?

Very nice staff, friendly and helpful. I could hear when neighbors flushed the toilet and the bathroom wasn't the cleanesthe on Scottville Rd so restaurants a nd stores were never far away.

Bowling Green, KY tripPosted Jan 27, 2015 on Hotels.com
We had to travel to Bowling Green, KY for a funeral. There were 6 adults and two children in our party and we had 3 rooms, two connecting. The rooms were spacious and immaculate, and the service was top-notch. They also offered free breakfast, which we took full advantage of, and it was very delicious and convenient. You really can't beat this hotel for the price. Will definitely be staying here again.

Cardiovascular workoutPosted Jan 8, 2015
Great motel but needs an elevator... it's a real workout getting luggage up the stairs. Elderly people can't get moved in on second floor. I had a cardiovascular workout moving out this morning. There's no bell boys, no elevator, and no luggage carts.
