“good place to stay on a budget”

Not a bad place to stay for a a budget minded no frills short stay. Room was clean and met all the basic needs. Not much for breakfast but had fast food and other restrants close. Our bed was rather hard and not very comfortable, but the other couple we traveled with said theirs was good. Room was fairly quiet even being close to the highway.

“Great find!”

This motel so impressed me I called when we returned home to tell the manager what a great motel they have! Clean, quiet, clean, comfortable, clean, convenient to fast food of all kinds for the casual traveler...did I mention clean?! We've stayed in 40+ motels while traveling the US this year and this rates in the top 3 for value, cleanliness and comfort.

“Basic hotel, good price, pet friendly!”

Staff was very friendly, room basic, but clean. Traveled with 2 dogs and it was nice to find a hotel with no pet fee. would definitely stay there again!

Area recommendations
Not sure what part of the city this hotel is in, but there are a number of older hotels (the Red Roof included) surrounded by new hotels and restaurants. Makes the Red Roof a great location for safety and food choices.

“Very impressed.”

Very impressed with the Hotel for the price. Room was very clean, lights and bath were obviously recently modernized. Beds were very comfortable and bedding even smelled clean. Would recommend to anyone, and will probably stop there again.

“Worth the money”

Rated as three star hotel and recently remodeled. Clean, appropriate. Worth the price but not a bargain. Continental breakfast was basic (coffee and doughnut), bed was average, shower andtowels was average.

“Suited us perfectly”

This hotel suited our purpose perfectly. A friend of mine and I were taking our daughters to a campus visit at WKU and just wanted a clean, safe and convenient place to stay that would not cost a bundle. Rooms were very clean, staff was very courteous and helpful. Beds were comfortable and the area was quiet. The free breakfast of pastries, fruit, coffee and juice also saved us money. Would definately stay again if in the area.

Area recommendations
Enjoyed the main road into Bowling Green (Scottsville ?), had any restaurant you could want. Easy driving conditions and plenty of shopping.

“Was very convenient to shopping and restaurants, etc.”

Rooms were good......NEED new pillows desperately and coffee pots in the rooms. Haven't stayed in a hotel in years that had NO coffee pot. Otherwise, was well equipped with fridge, microwave and safe. Loved parking at the door since I have a mother in a wheelchair. We would probably visit again. Thank you!

“Just fine for 1 night! :)”

We stayed here on our way to Alabama. It was just fine for a night. I would stay there again for sure. Friendly people, and you can park right by your room. Parking lot very well-lit, which was a plus for me traveling alone with children and lots of stuff.
