“Nice motel, good location!”

We enjoyed our stay at the Super 8. The room was big and comfortable- the air conditioning worked great in the 100+ degree heat. We did not have the much desired refrigerator in our room, but upon mentioning it to the front desk staff, she arranged to have one brought in within just a few minutes. More lighting in the bathroom would have been ideal, or at least a brighter light. An alarm clock and pad of paper and pen would have been nice, but as we had our own, it wasn't a deal breaker for us. The continental breakfast was very satisfying and the breakfast room was nice; we especially enjoyed the television programming and frequent re-stocking of food. The location of the motel was convenient and easy to find. Staff members were friendly and helpful. There was ample television programming for the evenings when we just wanted to relax. The Country Kitchen nearby provided excellent meals. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

“Good hotel to sleep @ while passing through”

Good place to crash overnight. There were restaurants and department stores within walking distance as well.

“OK but not "new" as advertised.”

The check in process was very pleasant and quick. Our non-smoking room had the odor of a previously designated smoking room. The carpet felt damp which gave off a moldy smell as well. Our matress was very comfortable and our linens felt fresh. Overall We were somewhat pleased with our stay and it was equitable for the proce we paid but we will not be staying at this particular Hotel 8 in the future when we go back to visit that area again.

“good for overnighters”

Bath mat was sreading(should be thrown away). Vanity had wood support showing. Mirrow had faded area. Shower and sink fixtures looked new. Paint was on chairs(doesnot show class). Certain was hanging on one end. Sheet had small tear, need to throw out. Matress was comfortable..
