Great place for a meeting

Pros: asked for a cot for the room and they were very accommodating.
Location: great location easy on and off interstate. Great value since we opted for full breakfast included with our room. excellent deal.
Excellent hotel service very accommodating, clean and friendly check in and checkout process.

Pros: THE STAFF WAS GREAT
THE TV IN THE ROOM HAD A DELAYED PICTURE LIKE IT WAS STREAMING BEHIND SO IT WAS INOPERABLE. THE MEAL IN THE HOTEL RESTAURANT WAS HANDS DOWN THE WORST I HAVE EVER HAD, I WAS AFRAID I WAS GOING TO GET SICK FROM THE ONE BITE I HAD BEFORE SENDING IT BACK.

Urine drops on the toilet seat

Hotel generally OK but a lot of chlorine smell from the pool. Cobb salad was excellent. When I raised the toilet lid in my room it was covered in drops of yellow liquid which I assume was urine,

Awesome Pool vs. Poor Service

Perfect location for my daughter's soccer team who had a tournament at Acton Boxborough High School. The pool area was beautiful. Our room was very comfortable with a balcony overlooking the pool. The only thing I would not recommend would be the restaurant. Service was terrible, and food was mediocre. I will know next time to find food elsewhere.

Had better experiences

Heater in room was aweful. Room never got above 60 degrees. The vanity in the room was tattered and all pealed. Half of the channels on TV guide card were not available ie. HBO. Called down front desk for Tylenol and was told vending machine would have it. After looking around for it due to no directions, front desk directed me across hotel. Vending machine cash slot broken and when asked for change at front desk she gave it to me but never looked up at me. Turns out it was out of service and took my change.
