There was no one at the front desk and even after ringing the bell no one came. I had to find the front desk staff outside sitting in a chair and smoking. Also, I paid for the room ahead of time through Expedia, but was charged again when I arrived. In addition, the price for the room was about $50 more than the room was advertised on the hotel website for the same time on Saturday. The hotel appeared tired and old and there was an ironing board leaning against the wall in our room. It was not a positive experience.

This was a beautiful hotel. The beds are a bit soft for us and not very comfortable. My mom couldn't use the gym in the morning because a housekeeper had just mopped the floor. You just need to update mattresses & it would be a great hotel.

The staff is GREAT! Very clean and quiet property! The breakfast was standard and the decor could use a little update. But the fireplace area in the lobby is lovely, the giant pool area is great for gathering, and the little reading nook at the top of the stairs is so relaxing. Wonderful stay!

We asked for more pillows and we were told they were all given out. It’s Tuesday and the hotel isn’t full. We were very disappointed and canceled our reservation for Sunday night when we return to the area.

Great room, excellent customer service, and breakfast. Pet friendly, and a great restaurant right next door called the 19th hole. Lots of shopping near by as well. Just an overall wonderful stay! Will be back!

Travelling through on our tour through the states back to Canada. This was the last stop on our way back home, check in was easy and staff were great. The breakfast was great too loved the waffles.

This was a good place to stay, easy off the highway and plenty of parking. The pool and hot tub are nice and open late. The rooms are comfortable. The weak spot was the breakfast, we only ate there once in our three day stay. Maybe more fresh fruit, sausage that wasn’t microwaved to death, I’m not sure. It was disappointing, but everything else is as pictured.

This place is so great. Clean, nicely kept up. We got the room with the jetted tub and king bed. The room was huge and just a great place to stay for the price. We will go back!

Clean, quiet, very nice hotel. Stayed for 5 nights while on ski trip. Bridger Bowl is very convenient, and easy drive. Free breakfast in morning, and cookies in the afternoon. Hot tub and pool were great also. Restaurant and bar across the street had good food and beverages

Stay was good overall. Breakfast was limited. Waffles, eggs, and sausage (when they were available), was the selection for hot food. Would be interested in staying again even though there is only one highway exit to hotel and it is 5 minutes away from the highway.

Easy location to interstate without any road noise. Very clean inside and out. They are pet friendly but were missing bags for poo at the pet disposal area. Would stay here again.

Excellent hotel!!! Very clean in the room and bathroom, you can see the good work of the cleaners. Pool and hot tub excellent. Breakfast was completely adequate. You just need to mark where there is hot water for tea because people are looking for it. A quiet place with convenient access. A bar with good food around the corner and a gas station very close. I recommend!!!

Very nice hotel in a quaint area. The hotel blends nicely with the surrounding area. The staff was exceptional, very friendly and engaging. From the initial reservation and special instructions on what we would need to the front desk staff and breakfast staff everyone was wonderful.The provided breakfast was very nice. The room was large and the bed very comfortable. The hotal is pet friendly, which was necessary for this stay. All very much appreciated.
