Comfortable hotel near freeway and downtown

Posted Apr 20, 2014
Pros: Location. Closeness to downtown Bozeman and Montana State University.
Cons: Signage from the freeway exit and 7th Street
Quiet, comfortable rooms and easy access. It is a bit difficult to locate the hotel when exiting the freeway or off 7th Street, because it is set back behind a gas station and the signage is hard to see. Once located, the hotel is fine for a short stay.

Not a good experience

Posted Apr 13, 2014
Pros: Hotel rooms were clean
Cons: Definitely no loud music or running around after 11pm
Check in to hotel was efficient. Rooms were clean. Our meal at the grill was satisfactory our service was terrible. We were not able to use swimming pool for both days because someone defecated in the pool. Our room was next to banquet room and they had a band play music until wee hours of morning. Our coffee from hotel which cost $10 was really just lukewarm milk. When making them aware of the issues was offered a complimentary breakfast we could use the next day but we were checking out at 6:30am.

Awesome Experience

Posted Apr 8, 2014
Pros: Everything
Cons: Keep the pool opened till midnight but have quiet time 10pm to 12am. If its not a safety issue that is.
The staff was very friendly. We were going to a concert and they gave us a ride, picked us up. We had great conversations with almost all the staff we would pass. The hotel was beautiful, the beds were exceptionally great. None of that old grungy bedding it was very clean and comfortable. Didn't find a single thing wrong with this hotel. Would absolutely stay again or at any other best western.

Room right next to lounge

Posted Apr 6, 2014
The room that we stayed in was right next to their lounge/conference/event dinning area. Instead of having a window or a door out side it was to lounge area. Ordered dinner at the restaurant to be delivered to the room and I ordered a steak and they were out of their butter sauce that comes with it and failed to tell me about it. And also had no steak knife to cut it with. Over price for the quality of food and service.

Illogical layout

Posted Mar 5, 2014
Td that this hotel was recently renovated, I was surprised to find the public facilities (registration , restaurant) very dated. The layout of the room (bathroom, light switches, receptacles) seemed user unfriendly and counterintuitive. Staff was pleasant and professional, but for an "updated" hotel, this facility fell short.

Clean BUT.......

Posted Feb 24, 2014
Pros: It was clean.
Cons: The bed was very uncomfortable.
Location: Cafe Nova is the place to eat, even if you have to wait. The Montana Ale Works has good food also. Both had vegan and gluten free options.
We arrived an hour before check-in and said that we had been driving all day and could we maybe check in early. The gal said she would look for an available room but had no sense of urgency and then said "no". So we came back at 3 and they did have a room available. The room was very clean BUT when we opened the curtain we were looking at the banquet room and the people at the buffet were looking at us! We left to go to dinner and when we came back all we heard was yelling from the swimming pool, It was really loud. The bed was super uncomfortable but it did seem clean. The shower was nice and the bathroom was very clean. It wasn't the worst hotel experience by far, but it wasn't the best either.
