Kinda ordinary

Posted Aug 27, 2014
Location: near the Northern entrance of Yellowstone park
Not one of the "best" Best Western Hotels. Then we found out that it isn't a BW anymore but was purchased ny locals. The BW sign is still up. Generally OK. We had to complain about being wakened by a dog barking in an adjacent room. They took a good amount off the bill.

Understaffed and under capitalized

Posted Jul 14, 2014
Pros: It had an indoor pool, and a pool table.
Cons: Lighting in rooms. Number of electric outlets (no where to charge cell phones, etc.) Visibility and accessibility of manager on duty. Housekeeping.
Location: Yellowstone Park, local rodeo
The room was dark, and there were not enough plugs in the room to have all the lights plugged in at the same time as the TV. Since the TV wasn't working, we switched that out for the lamp. The expected repair to the TV didn't happen, nor did housekeeping clean the room while we were out for the day. When we approached the front desk staff, she was apologetic, but said there was not way to reach the manager on duty, or to do anything about either issue. Staff at the attached restaurant said the new owners had not taken good care of the place - which showed. Best Western staff encouraged us to find another place to stay for the rest of our time in Livingston, so we did. Management needs to invest time and money for this to be a place we would ever consider again.

The worst hotel ever

Posted Jul 7, 2014
Pros: Nothing
Location: It is near I-90. That is it.
The Worst hotel ever. Room is filthy. The hotel is filthy. Dirty bathroom and dirty floor. You can see trash everywhere in this hotel. Will never book best western hotel again.

Convenient to Yellowstone North entrance

Posted Jun 4, 2014
Pros: Convenient location for area, late night cold drinks in facility
Cons: Walls a bit thin... Heard neighbor's voices. Didn't bother us too much as we were dead tired anyway.
Location: Convenient stop to Yellowstone or Gallatin, Big Sky.
Late check in and Initially given an unmade room. Appeared to be an honest mistake, corrected right away. Lady bartender very welcoming and helpful. Accommodated us, even if we were running late. My husband and I enjoyed a cold draft beer after a long drive from Rapid city. Had a good night sleep.

Shocking Best Western Hotel

Posted May 28, 2014 on Hotels.com
Horrid hotel. Dirty carpets, dirty bathrooms, trash not collected from room, on day two we were not provided clean towels, bath mats, etc. even though the dirty towels were removed. Also, second room could hear a toilet run and flush constantly. There was an Indifferent staff, except for one. Also, if you need a night light, the light coming through the door to your room (nice wide gap) is more than enough. Our view was the back of the roof, air conditioner motors and lots of dirty pigeons. I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone. I feel sorry for the few who were doing their jobs and have no control over the poor management at this hotel.

This is the best hotel at this price range so far!

Posted May 28, 2014
I booked the room with 70 dollars when I was on the way to Yellow Stone. I didn't really expect it to be great. I was really surprised that the hotel is actually the best one I have stayed at this price range during our trip. They have garage to secure your car, their room is clean and nice, they also have a indoor swimming pool open till 10:00pm. Their breakfast is also not bad! The staff are very kind and friendly. I will definitely recommend this to anyone going to Yellowstone from north!

Close to Yellowstone National Park

Posted May 25, 2014 on Hotels.com
The hotel room was cold. Had to have the heat on most of the night. Everything is closed in the neighbourhood by 10pm. I booked online and when I got to the hotel my room was not ready so they upgraded my room from 2 doubles to 1 queen. I was traveling alone so that was fine. The breakfast was good. And the hotel is close to the Yellowstone National Park so you can easily drive there and do some sight seeing.
