“Good value for the money”

You're in Bozeman, not New York so reduce your expectations and you'll be just fine. All the staff are very friendly and helpful but accept the fact that's it just a plain little hotel in the valley with a casual bar and restaurant. One thing they are great about is the airport shuttles but I guess when most of the flight crews stay there they have to be timely...

“Fine as a place to sleep”

Clean, quiet, comfortable. Was disappointed that there was no complimentary breakfast, as I thought all Holiday Inn's offered that. Pretty close to downtown Bozeman.

“Average Hotel”

The beds were comfortable, the pool very large and it was convenient having the restaurant and bar in the hotel. Having the "gym" in the same room as the pool does not encourage people to work out. Very humid! The hotel may be renovating rooms, I'm not sure, but our room had an older tv while others had high definition televisions. Rooms should have a refrigerator and microwave.

“No elevator?”

I don't usually use an elevator for a second floor room, but I was surprised one didn't exist. Also, my key card wouldn't work even after three re-programmings, and the door eventually had to be reprogrammed, so I wasn't in my room for about 30-45 minutes after checking in. The room was clean and comfortable, but a bit dated.

“Naturally unlucky.”

Just had a rough time with the hotel... they were having plumbing problems throughout the hotel and the toilets kept overflowing.. then we tried to eat breakfast in the resturant in the lobby, it was empty, waited 30 mins for our order to be taken, waited over an hour for them to tell me they were out of the gravy that goes on my chicken fried steak, waited another 30 mins for everyone to get their food, besides my chicken fried steak which im still craving.. then our flight was delayed 3 hours, united put us on a different flight that was suppose to leave at 1pm (it left at 330pm) and upon arrival to detroit there was a flight leaving at 7pm (vs the 9pm flight that we had) - waited in line for 2 hours to try and get moved to that flight, only to have the plane board/take off while calling the names of 3 missing passengers (3 empty seats, i was traveling with 2 other people) when I had just about gotten to the front of the line. Yeah...
