No main room light by wall switch was a little cumbersome. Bath room faucet difficult to wash hands with. Bar closed by 12am. Iron in room leaked water and ironing board was broken. But the staff was very accommodating to all requests.

More like a motel

This room was way overpriced. The rooms are more like $70 a night rooms then $169 a night. The bathroom is tiny. The whole room was almost claustrophobic, it was so small.

It was ok.

Pros: Nice Pool
I thought the lobby area and pool were nice, NOT the hot tub, fairly sure the water shouldn't be green.. As for the room it was very disappointing. Noise from other rooms all night, and with 2 kids having the sink in the bathroom is hard to manage. Also having the coffee maker in the bathroom is just weird to me. For the price you pay I could have stayed other places and got a free breakfast included, not here you have a full service (pricey) restaurant.

Friendly, efficient staff

Good location. Reasonable price. Comfortable accommodations. The staff was very friendly, and went out of their way to take care of our special needs. Had breakfast at the 3 Rivers and drinks and a snack in the lounge. Decent quality at fair value. Noise level of the in-room heater was louder than expected. Bathroom was small but functional.

Convenient to MSU

Overall the hotel is fine. The room we had was a little small, but overall the facilities were good. The business center was convenient in that it allowed us to easily print our boarding passes.

Winter week

Pros: Staff and bed
Cons: Quieter continuous heating and free continental breakfast.
Location: Bozeman has terrific skiing, downhill and xc, a super food co-op, and resort type shopping, plus for me, family
Very noisy on & off heat system in room, kept waking me up. No complimentary breakfast. No small refrigerator. But nice staff and comfortable bed.

Great hotel in an all-American town (Bozeman, MT).

Pros: Location.
Cons: Weather!
Location: Downtown restaurants and retailers are worth the trip.
Outside temperature was 35 degrees below zero, inside temperature was friendly and warm. The most memorable experience was the courtesy and helpfulness from the front desk. I asked for recommendations for a downtown retailer, the front desk manager provided three, and the first recommendation was exactly what I needed. Thoughtful, courteous, and unbiased, the desk manager did her job with genuine professional courtesy - and the downtown retailer received some continuing business.
