Hotel in Hell

Posted Sep 8, 2014
Pros: only resturant where I had Breakfast
Cons: this hotel needs lot of work, what a contrast I noticed same chain of hotels, the hotel in Belgrade( Holiday Express)was such nice place.
Location: I did not know much about the town
I spent night in this hotel, when I arrived at the airport, I waited for 45minutes in cold rain beofre someone came to pick us up, The hotel is poor lighting, room are "cold and old" from some horror movie. The staff was absolutely awaful very rude

Not Great

Posted Aug 25, 2014
The staff was friendly and helpful, the lobby was nice. The actual room was Ok, clean but nothing special. The biggest issue was the horrible smoke smell in the hallways. That was a deal breaker and we won't be returning.

Gave me a smoking room. told me Expedia was the reason. Expedia gets what's left. terrible room. I'll never stay there again.

Pros: The bar/restaurant had good food and a pleasant bar tender.
Cons: The whole hotel smelled like smoke.
Needed a place to stay overnight. The hotel hallways smelled like smoke, no elevator on the premises. Sprinklers on near the doorway/walk way so got wet while walking in. Dead bug in the shower.

It was OK, there's nothing that stands out about it - expensive like many hotels in Bozeman seem to be...

Room on the way to Sturgis

Posted Aug 12, 2014
Pros: Expedia
Cons: Staff could be friendlier. If you are going to charge so much a night you could at least offer a free breakfast.
Location: Bozeman, Montana
I really like the hotel. It was not worth the money we paid. I am a Montana resident and it is wrong how they inflate the prices for tourists. I paid double what it is normally and breakfast was not included. The staff seemed agitated and not very welcoming. I used Expedia so not sure if that was part of it. We we're very hungry and the restaurant closed at 10:00 . There was nothing round except an Arby's.

Hotel was presentable, but noisy.

Posted Jul 30, 2014
Everything was fine except the front desk staff needs to be more forceful in making sure customers being loud in the hallway at night time are quieted down immediately. I had to not only call the desk but also walk down 20 minutes later and complain again.

Below average for the price

Rude staff especially Alex at the front desk. She kept on leaving to take care of other guests while we were waiting to check in. Also no water for guests at breakfast. No one bothered to refill the pitcher. Would not be returning here again.

No main room light by wall switch was a little cumbersome. Bath room faucet difficult to wash hands with. Bar closed by 12am. Iron in room leaked water and ironing board was broken. But the staff was very accommodating to all requests.

More like a motel

This room was way overpriced. The rooms are more like $70 a night rooms then $169 a night. The bathroom is tiny. The whole room was almost claustrophobic, it was so small.
