Older hotel comfortable and convenient

Posted May 19, 2015
Hotel is older but undergoing renovation. This is a larger conference oriented hotel. The ' King' bedrooms are being updated. It is located close to the university and close to resturants.

Convenient location

Pros: Pretty quiet. Very clean.
Cons: I hate electronice keysl
Very quiet. Clean. Nice amenities. My key wouldn't work the second day. Long walk back to desk to re-key it. Overall a nice place to stay.

Decent Enough

Posted May 11, 2015
Pros: The pool was great and the service from the hotel staff was very good.
Cons: Door maintenance?
The staff was great overall, willing and eager to please. There were only two things that stuck out as "poor" our room keys constantly had to be "reset" in order to get them to work properly and our door was a bit of a challenge to open even if the key worked. The second downside was the hotel restaurant - the food was good, but the service was a bit bizarre: with the restaurant not being very busy, servers were constantly behind, trying to catch up. And that was all with a buffet that the majority of people were eating from.

Holiday Inn Bozeman Baxter Lane

Posted May 5, 2015
Cons: I needed to scan documents but there was no facility for this in the hotel business centre or at hotel reception.
Friendly and accommodating hotel staff. An opportunity for improvement is the cleanness heated indoor swimming pool. The water-line pool tiles have a thick coverage of oil and grime from swimmers. So probably hasn't been cleaned for several months. But the water is clear and enjoyable.

Very nice hotel with a wonderful pool.

Posted Apr 6, 2015
We were just passing through town and booked a room. We chose this hotel because of the wonderful look of the pool. My children had a wonderful time swimming and did not want to leave. It was a nice big pool with plenty of room for everyone. The staff was wonderful and the room was really clean. It was quiet and we had a nice relaxing evening for the short time we were there. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Comfortable hotel with great staff

Very clean, comfortable rooms. Hotel overall needs a bit of an update, but is very close to Main St and the highway. The staff went above and beyond to help me with an important video conference, let me into a private room with excellent wifi connection, and we're just overall really accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

A Very Friendly Place

Posted Mar 3, 2015
Pros: The staff were the best, and the food there was surprisingly goodl.
Location: The Museum of the Rockies is chock full of dinosaur bones, as well as exhibits on pioneer living. Also, Bozeman is a gateway to Yellowstone Nat. Park
If the hotel shuttle was not in use, the staff would run us around to dinner or attractions and then pick us up again. what fantastic service. All their recommendations on things to eat and place to go were ideal. We felt looked after and taken care of.

Nice Hotel

Posted Feb 23, 2015
Pros: It was clean and well supplied.
Cons: There should be a clock/radio. The TV should be HD in this day and age. The heating system could be improved.
Location: It is a beautiful setting in the mountains. There are a good variety of restaurants near by. There were things to do there. We didn't do any.
There was not clock/radio in the room. The heating was difficult to regulate. In a 3 star hotel we would have expected HD TV. Otherwise we enjoyed out stay. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Although the bathroom was small it was adequate with plenty of towels, a hair dryer and nice amenities. There were lots of hangers as well as an iron and board. In room coffee and tea with a good number of cups and glasses was also nice. Over all I would pick this hotel again.
