The slide was great, but the pool was small so it was basically just for the slide and not a pool to swim in. There was also a homeless camp across the street. Breakfast was a joke with mini muffins and that was about it. I guess for the price it wasn’t bad. The room was a really great size though, the bed was very comfortable and checking in and out was so easy.

No elevator. Difficult with children and luggage. Room had not been cleaned appropriately. There was feces in the toilet. Desk person was quick to remedy. Unfortunately, that meant hauling all our luggage back downstairs and put in a room we would not have chosen. Desk person did provide a roll away bed.

My sincerest apologies about the condition of your room. I have brought this to the attention of our Head Housekeeper to address inspection thoroughness / housekeepers following checklists of room completion. Please know this is unacceptable. As for the elevator, this is something not within my control as we have never had nor will have an elevator. We do have staff on property that if you need assistance with taking items to your room; we are always willing to assist. Or reserve a room for you on the first floor to make it easier for you and your family.

Love this hotel. Great if you have kids. Pool and waterslide are fun. Spacious room, clean, affordable. Staff is really nice and helpful. We stay here every time we travel through Bozeman. There's multiple hotels on the same block. The Baymont is my favorite though. The only thing different/odd was the adjacent street was lined with tents and rvs with a lot of foot traffic around there. Times are tough, but I was surprised to see a homeless camp across the street in Bozeman!

Staff very welcoming and helpful. Tommy was clean and appeared recently updated. Breakfast was very limited. We did not use the pool, but it was basically a water slide. Kids would love it, but not appealing to adults. Quite far from the freeway. Overall our stay was fine.

This place was directly across the street, probably 50 yards from our room door from the homeless shelter. There were tents, broken down RVs and cars, and even homeless right by the door to our room. The air conditioner sounded like a helicopter was taking off right outside, and the pool is terribly small for such a big slide. The chlorine in the pool was so strong that it made my eyes burn just sitting in there. We had to ask them to make the coffee at breakfast, that didn’t have many options. Over all, I would never stay here again. Avoid this place like the plague.

Thank you for your feedback. Yes the city has a warming center for those that are less fortunate to stay at during inclement weather. We are working with the staff across to the street to assure they keep their side picked up. But know the area is safe.We apologize that you felt breakfast not meeting your expectations. It is up to the Wyndham standards. We will be offering more to choose from in the future ... such as waffles, etc.

First thing they checked someone else into my room. After they tried to tell me I didn’t have a reservation, then told me I wasn’t me because I already checked in they finally admitted it was a “training new staff” error. Then they said the door locks weren’t working as they were approaching a major renovation. The slide hours were awful. Ran out of coffee at breakfast and had to make more. 30 minute wait… for coffee. Homeless camp next door. Cops, fire trucks, and ambulance there multiple times. Was loud. Staff was terribly unfriendly. Housekeeping tried to enter my room while I was showering. The bathrooms in the lobby were locked and couldn’t wash our hands for breakfast except in our room. 3 doors and two elevator buttons later. Also I think I’d a health code violation if you serve food to not have access.

I believe you may have our property mixed up with another as we do not have an elevator at our property plus all of our walls have been thoroughly painted. And knowing how important coffee is to each of our guests, rarely is the carafe empty and typically does only take 10 mins to brew another full carafe. It is true that we are looking at a property renovation in the near future and truly excited about that as we plan to make it fresher and newer!I understand your concern about the warming center across the street, but the staff there does assure to make sure that those residents stay to their area and please know this is truly a safe location.Thank you once again for your feedback!

We had a nice stay at the hotel. The staff was wonderful, very helpful and always friendly and welcoming. The hotel was clean and well stocked. The waterside in the pool was fun for the kids. The only downside is the location of the hotel is a pretty run down area.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. It is unfortunate that there was a line of campers surrounding the property. There is a homeless shelter across the street and as a result, we did not feel like it was a safe neighborhood. Early the next morning was we were checking out. There was a fire truck in several police cars leaving. Apparently a drug overdose.

The price was excellent. The room was clean. The gent that works at night was super kind. The toiletries were great. The heating was great. The pool and slide were phenomenal. Love the pet friendly. Our window didn’t lock & we were on the main floor. Recommend a fence along the pet walk area and the lobby side of the property as the area has campers around that may cause some folks to feel uneasy. Overall, it was a quiet stay with a decent continental breakfast and coffee was spot on. Kids enjoyed the pool and water slide.
