Not goodPosted Jul 10, 2014
Food was extremely poor and table flowers dead. The room was next to the kitchen and the fan went off early. Impossible to sleep through.

goodPosted Apr 22, 2014
Pros: nice setting, nice rooms.
Cons: A bit noisy but we were above the reception venue.
a wedding was on, which was noisy, but overall the room was good and clean.

Supposed to be nicePosted Dec 9, 2013
Cons: The decor is shabby, draughts through windows unacceptable, better heating system, better signs for rooms
Need a map to find your room, not well signed at all. The wing of my room was frozen. Bedroom was very cold, radiators too small for bedroom and bathroom, extreme draughty windows. Kitchen vent under room, very noisy, started at 0650, which is not acceptable and continued all evening. Scrambled egg at breakfast was grey and cold. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone

Good value - clean, friendly staffPosted Dec 1, 2013
Pros: Good location from where I work
Cons: Consider putting signage for the room numbers
Location: Nice friendly pub - the Plough nearby - worth a visit
Overall everything fine until check out, was charged for two nights instead of one, for some reason it could not be dealt with straight away so it is to be sorted - not sure why it could not just be re-imbursed there and then. Unfortunate because that was the only down side. Breakfast was good, room clean and all the usual facilities. Only other observation was that there were no signs telling you where the room numbers were but I managed to find it OK.

Very nicePosted Sep 11, 2013
Pros: Decour & facilities
Cons: Breakfast seemed a bit expensive, £8. Staff could be a bit more friendly.
Location: Is located in a quiet area a few miles from Bradford-on-Avon so you'll have to drive or get a taxi if you want to see the town.
We stayed for only oe night and we had a good experience overall. All in all it's a great hotel in a quiet area.
