Stay at your own risk. Late check in, breakfast buffet was not as advertised/food was gross, Lifeguard staff are incompetent creating an extremely unsafe environment for kids. Swim at your own risk. Brought lifeguard concerns to waterpark manager and front desk manager, no one seemed to care as concerns were dismissed without question. Was told to contact the GM, did so and never received a return call. Facility has a ton of potential and should be an excellent place to take families with young kids, unfortunately we will not be back due to the unsafe conditions in the water park.

Everyone (staff) was kind and welcoming. Thought is was nice that there was a security guard. Wasn’t super happy about the checking in problem we had. Check in is at 4 and check out 11 but we didn’t get checked in until 5:15ish because our room wasn’t cleaned or ready. Think the check in time published should be more specific on it only starts at 4 based on your room type thing.

Check in was suppose to be at 4:00. We could not get our room till 6:45. Sat around with 3 kids waiting. There was no more breakfast available at 8:45 am. No one kept the food up. Was only 1 yogurt and no water left. We did get 2 free pizzas but only after we complained multiple times. Swimming and staff in that area were awesome! Will never stay there again.

While we enjoyed our stay, it was unfortunate that the pool area and arcade close so early. We expected it to be open later so the children could enjoy it longer. The arcade was a fun option, but wasn’t working for hours at a time throughout our stay.

The hotel was nice roomy and decent. One of the elevators was out, so it was difficult to go up and down. The Waterpark was dirty! Floor was gross, not enought tables. They hardly had any tubes to ride. The slide was rusty, no music or lights like it use to have. Hot tub was dirty on the bottom with sand. Only 2 lifeguards who didn't do much

There isnt enough room for my post to accurately describe our experience. I posted a google review with all the details. Long story short. Terrible expereince. The entire arcade and pool area was dirty and gross. Our room was amazing. Customer service great.

Overall a fine stay for the weekend. Rooms are spacious and clean, as was the water park. Breakfast was very good, especially Saturday morning. Plenty to do in the nearby area. Beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable and were terribly loud any time you moved at all- kept us up at night. Water park is closed Monday-Thursday, so Friday night the chemicals were unnoticeable (in a good way). However, Saturday our 5 kids (ages 5-12) could only last 2 hours at a time. They all left with rashes, sore throats, and burning eyes. Many people in the area were coughing due to the heavy chlorine smell. Overall prefer 3 bears, but would consider staying again despite the negatives if we had to.

Check in was smooth, the room was dim and didnt reflect the photos taken, the remotes didn't work and I was told to check them for batteries and to call her back when I figured out the problem. Not happy at this point, the front desk person, finally came up with new remotes for our 4 day stay. After that, the pool area was really nice, however towels were always out, chlorine gave two of us rashes, and it was hard to breathe by day 2. We will try another park.

Overall the room itself was not up to par. Found trash, wrappers tucked along the bed and behind the fridge. A dirty towel still hung on the door in the bathroom. Blood stains on the white comforters covered by the brown decorated shawl. Not seen until morning. We wont be staying here again. Mentioned it to front desk and showed pictures, with just a response of we will let housekeeping know. Feel icky thinking about it.

I enjoyed the ambiance of the property but from the minute I arrived I was told I didn't pay for my stay. I had proof that I paid in full. We decided to leave a day early and I got charged for it even though I already paid for it. The life guards were all on there phones and not watching the pool. One of them pushed my son too hard on the tube slide. He fell backwards and hit his head. The tube got stuck in the slide. He had a big bump from it. Needless to say I don't think we'll be back

We had a bad experience with a staff member who was pretty rude, he shouted the arcade is closed and then he turned off all the arcade games and the lights to the arcade room, while our kids and other guests were still playing games, had Marcus come to the rescue and he corrected our issues. Kudos to Marcus, for your exceptional customer service there.
