Housekeeping wasn't the best. However, front desk went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. We will certainly return and recommend Gladdens to anyone!

Cold hot tub
Our accommodations were good. Nice room and accurate description. I was really disappointed with the hot tubs. The outdoor hot tub was not very clean and the indoor one was COLD. I talked to the desk about this TWICE and nothing changed for the whole time we were there—5 days! Unacceptable.

Good service and quick repair
Our experience at Madden's over the Memorial Day weekend was pretty good, except that the sink in the bathroom was clogged when we used it in the evening. We called Customer Service that night and told staff about the problem. It was fixed pretty soon. So we're happy.

Old and smelly
Rooms are outdated and noisy. There was a strong sewer gas odor that came from the bathroom the entire stay. Upon further research, this seems to be a common issue with other guests

We really enjoyed our stay. It was our first time at Madden's. The staff was very good. The room was so comfortable and nice. There was so much to do. It was a lot of fun and we will definitely do it again.

The place is beautiful I love coming here. My only disappointment was the customer service needs a lot of improvement. Some of the servers need a little more training because they are rude and had bad attitude. Specially the staff at the buffet. The only outstanding employee there was Novia she has a great attitude and she went the extra mile to help us and she provided excellent service. Novia should be training the rest of the employees at the 2 restaurants, because she was very helpful and understands perfectly the importance of providing a good service. Also the people at the front desk were friendly and helpful.

Had relatively new room by Mitchell Bay with accessible amenities. The staff was very helpful throughout our stay and we particularly appreciated a fast response to requests for help with our luggage. A wonderful place!

Great place!
Lots of things to do and places to eat on site. You really never have to leave the resort. Rooms were large and updated where we stayed which was on the lake.
