Hotel is conveniently located. Easy freeway access. Rooms clean and comfortable. Nice continental b-fast. My onky thing is that the vending machines were out of a lot of stuff. Really quiet room!

“No housekeeping service”

I stayed two days, first day conference ended early, went back to my room at 3:30pm and room had not been serviced! At 5pm staff person came and asked if I wanted some clean towels but no offer to service the room.

“whatadump”

The room was tiny and was missing furniture (nightstands) and parts of furniture (desk was missing drawer). Alarm clock did not work. Heater did not work. Drunken guests were fighting outside the rear entrance to the hotel next to the parking lot. Guest agent at the front desk would not interrupt personal call (his cell phone--front desk phone was not being used) to process our checkout.
