“Great value”

When Expedia mixed up our reservations Taylor at the Super 8 was wonderful! He quickly figured out the issue and resolved the situation. The room itself was basic but very clean and the bed was reasonably comfortable. The only downfalls to our stay was a unique aroma that permeated the hotel that wasn't entirely pleasant and the continental breakfast left a lot to be desired. All in all for the price of the hotel we were very pleased.

“Quiet and clean”

The room was quiet, clean, excellent continental breakfast. The staff were all pleasant.

“Great hotel for the money”

Pleasant hotel, no complaints, but the beds and pillows could have been more comfortable, a little too firm. Hotel takes dogs, great benefit. We did not bring our dog this time, but great place to stay if needed in the future. Great value for the money. Also, free breakfast was great, plenty of variety

“Great Budget Hotel”

We were pleased and satisfied with our room and our two night stay. We are light sleepers so the fan noise on the inside room heater/conditioner made it somewhat difficult to get to sleep and stay asleep. Overall, we decided we would stay here again on next year's visit to Brainerd

“Very friendly staff”

I was greeted by a very friendly desk clerk, who also answered my questions later in the evening. The hotel was as I expected to find in a Super 8 -- basic, but good.

“Decent value for the money”

Room was comfortable and clean. Hotel is not fancy but was a good value.

“Not a bad place but smell before entering”

If the smell , staleness of the air were better - especially upon first entering the room we would have had a much better rating

“Not Impressed”

The hotel had average size rooms and were clean. The mattress on the bed was very soft, which wasn't good for us, but might be OK for others. I prepaid with Expedia for the room cost and the amount the hotel put on the receipt was a fair amount less. This means that Expedia gets to keep the difference and I have a receipt for less than the amount I paid. I will not prepay again!
