“Perfect Stay”

I would recommend this hotel to everyone, it was perfect.

I was lucky to be there on a wed and there was a full cookout in the evening with free food. No pay per view movies, very clean, and the staff was knew the area well.

The only negative that I can say about this place is that I received no housekeeping services the entire 3 night stay. I did notice a small sign in the bathroom indicating that if I needed anything replaced between the weekly service visits, I could swap towels or linens at the front desk for clean ones. Apart from that, the room was clean, comfortable and quiet. I would definately stay there again, but be sure that you have a vehicle availble to you, because the closest anything (other than nieghboring hotels) is over a mile away, 5 miles for alcohol, etc. Once in the room, it is great that they are all equipped with mini kitchen, including fill sized fridge, small stovetop, microwave, etc. This allowed for me to save some money by buying a box of cereal and some milk, and a few things for a quick dinner.

“Great remote location for Boston”

The hotel was very clean and the staff were extremely helpful in response to all my questions. They were quick to request cabs for transportation and offer information on the local attractions and the best way to get there. They even saved me additional money by recommending the train and bus. While this was location was probably not the best for a stay to see the Red Sox, I would definitely stay here again. A nice touch was the 'pantry' they provided that was a walk-in help yourself pantry that was well-stocked with soda and food so you didn't have to run out everytime you needed something small to snack on or even something big for a meal.

Great value for the money. Very comfortable, practical and convenient. I will definitely seek out this chain again.

“Better than many other places”

If you are looking for a place close to Boston but you don't want to spend a lot of money, Candlewood suits is the place. Quiet, clean, great service for half of the price that you would pay in a different hotel.

Boston hotels were extremely expensive and for the very reasonable price we were very leary! The Hotel was perfect and so convenient for everything south of boston which is where we were most of the time. You can easily be in Boston in 15 minutes. We would stay here again with no hesitation. Loved the convenience of the exercise room , laundry full kitchen and 24 hour food and essentials store.

The staff here was very friendly and helpfull in our travels....they directed us on parking for fenway park and saved us a ton of money....we absolutely enjoyed our stay!! THANK YOU CANDLEWOOD STAFF!!

“Glad to be in a suburb!”

We drove to Boston and were so glad we picked a hotel in a suburb because it was so much easier to get around. I enjoyed the convenience of the 'Candlewood Cupboard'. I also liked that it had more of a business atmosphere and we weren't having to worry about kids running up and down the hallways at all hours. I also really enjoyed having the kitchen, because after a few days of the heavy food in Boston, my body was begging for home cooked food. We just drove the few miles to a subway parking garage and took the subway into town for the day ($7/day for parking, $15 for a weekly subway pass and you dont have to deal with the insanity of the streets downtown). This hotel was really convenient and great for us.
