“good plain value”

Good value for a plain room with kitchen facilities. No housekeeping, other than weekly, so make your own bed and wash your own dishes.

“Ok for a one night stay”

It was as I expected for the money and star rating, aside fromt he fact that it smelled very musty and like stale ciggaresttes (even in a non-smoking room). The hallways, everyting had an old ciggarette smell.

“Location is fine, just a little disapointed”

I checked in at about 6pm and was told I got the last room in the place even through my reservation was made a month ahead. All was fine, not great. Room smelled a bit a bid damp but assumed it was becuase of being in Boston. Room was a hadicap accessable room so when shower was used water pooled just outside the shower and mold was growing there. Other than that I would rate the hotel a 3. Not great, but not nasty either. I would rate it "acceptable"

“So-so”

Basic no-frills. Comfortable and quiet. Nice having a washer and dryer available, also a self-serve mini corner store and exercise equipment. Unfortunately, the air conditioner leaked and made the carpet very wet under the window. The stain on the carpet made it obvious this wasn't the first time it had happened, so I think there's a maintenance issue. I also think it's a bit weird to provide only 2 bath towels for 2 people for a week. They had to be exchanged at the front desk for fresh ones. And there was no extra toilet paper in the bathroom when the roll ran out.

“Get what you pay for”

Off the beaten path in an indutrial neighborhood. Not used to hotels with so many guests loitering outside and in the hallways at our late night check-in, but felt safe once inside the clean and quiet room. They didn't have the free breakfast advertised but probably won't have wanted to eat there. Despite the "suite"'s ample kitchen, could not imagine a longer stay - one night was enough.

“Adequate”

We were using this as a 3-night stopover while we explored the Boston/Plymouth areas so we weren't at the room very much. A few points. - Bed was acceptable, at least to me. My wife was a little less comfortable on it. We've had better. - Could not control temperature in room. Wall sensing unit seemed to be broken and unresponsive. Either too cold or too hot. - Good shower. - Room reasonably spacious. No issue there. - WiFi was fine. - The doors on the building slammed shut frequently. Pretty noisy. About the best thing about this place was the proximity to Boston. The rate was acceptable. However the front-desk guy had the personality of a wet sponge.

“You can do better”

The old cliche you get what you pay for is true here. Basic room, customer service not the greatest. Did not know we had no room cleaning each day. We went cheap, and received cheap.

“Must make movement for air”

Location is great. Close to Boston and easy access to 93/95. Pleases remember that this is an extended stay hotel there are no bells and whistles. Prior to arrival I read others reviews of problems with the a/c. I felt this should not be a problem, boy was I mistaken. The thermostat is on a timer by movement in the room. After 15 minutes of no movement the a/c will turn up to 78 degrees. This may be fine in rooms with properly working a/c units buy ours banged and pinged all night. After the first night they responded and tried to repair it. The next night we slept with the windows open and the air on. The next nights were horrible. The last night was so bad we almost left at midnight for our flight. By all means stay here BUT go to wal-mart and by a fan and attach a sock to it to cause movement in the room. Good luck. The location is very good.

“Breakfast NOT provided”

Despite the headline to the contrary, breakfast is NOT provided. The room had a nice kitchen area. The hotel has a store where you can buy things for breakfast, eg, $2 for a bottle of OJ. We drove a few miles to a Shaws grocery store to buy stuff. When I mentioned that they advertise "breakfast" to the guy at the desk just said "yeah, a few people have mentioned that. Some Candlewoods offer it; this one doesn't." Also, they have sensors on the thermostat and turn off the A/C when you are out of the room. When we got back after a 90 degree day, our room was very warm and took hours to cool off. I suggest looking at other hotels in the area.

“no way Jose”

I will not go back. We were charged an extra fee for an unexplained issue.
