Nice hotel for the price.Posted Nov 5, 2013
Pros: I liked the suites they offered for the price and location.
Cons: Lobby/Check In area could be a slight bigger. And offer and warm breakfast option.
Location: Quite close to the stadium (Gillette) for the game we were attending. Halfway to Stadium and town (Boston).
Convenient for the location. Quiet area.

Convenient, basic and functional accommodationPosted Oct 26, 2013
Pros: Friendliness and helpfulness of staff.
Cons: Décor was tired.
Location: Slightly out of town but still walking distance of food and drinking outlets.
This is a basic hotel and not that cheap, but it was friendly, helpful, clean and welcoming. We needed a quick overnight stop before driving from Boston after a night flight, this fitted the bill very well. The place is plain and tired but clean, friendly and functional.

Good Value AccomodationPosted Oct 16, 2013
Pros: The rooms are clean, modern, spacious, well-furnished, and come with a kitchenette. The bed was very comfortable. The tv comes with a dvd player.
Cons: It is hard to get a decent meal without calling a taxi, at least one way. South Centre Mall is not very far and has a good variety of eating places
Location: I spent all of my time in and around Boston, and did not become aware of any local attractions.
Although some distance from the centre of Boston, the hotel is served by a daily shuttle into and out of Boston. This service is provided free by a local bus tour company to encourage patronage. Fair enough. Even if you do not wish to take a tour that day they welcome you to use the service. The hotel has access to or from the Red Line train station by taxi ($12, including tip) or bus (v. inexpensive but requires a 20 minute walk up or down a hill). The current price of accomodation here is very reasonable.

Convenient locationPosted Sep 24, 2013
Pros: Great kitchen supplies, ability to make some of our meals at 'home'
Cons: There is free internet, had a bit of trouble with some slowness but basically satisfactory
Location: Near main roads with shopping plazas close
This was a great location with lots of parking and accessibility. Staff readily saw to any requests and needs (extra coffee, towels, etc)

wont stay here again. front desk takes too long to get attention and not very friendly. Only one elevator in the premises and rather small. Location too far from any bus or train station. No shops or anything around. For someone who cannot walk - like me it is always having to get a taxi to get to the train station.

Affordable and more than adequatePosted Aug 29, 2013 on Hotels.com
All went very well. Friendly staff, big room, clean. There was a potential problem when I was told something by one staffer and the next day they had no record of the conversation. But the issue was quickly resolved and my needs were met.

First time was a good timePosted Aug 27, 2013 on Hotels.com
This was the first time we have stayed at any Candlewood. Having the kitchenette was very nice for our stay. The room was nice itself, but the hotel must have no insulation between floors or rooms. We could hear everything, especially the barking dogs. You could tell the hotel was not maintained like a high end hotel, so there were some surface blemishes, The staff though were extremely helpful and responsive to the few things we needed. It was also super convenient to the highway, the subway, and shopping.
