“EXCELLENT HOTEL FOR THE PRICE PAID”

GOT A GREAT DEAL FOR A THREE NIGHT STAY. EXCELLENT ROOM, VERY MODERN AND CLEAN. NEGATIVES - OBVIOUSLY CATERED FOR BUSINESS PEOPLE NOT TOURISTS AS THERE WAS NO TOURIST INFO, BROCHURES ETC. AND MOST PEOPLE IN HOTEL WERE TOURISTS. BREAKFAST OK BUT COULD HAVE DONE WITH SOME HOT PLATES AND QUICKER CLEARING OF TABLES. STAFF WERE VERY OBLIGING

“Quality accomodation at a premium price”

Very comfortable, clean and friendly, quality bed, TV reasonable size, shower excellent - enough room for once and a seat! Only one towel :-( Was able to take drinks up to room, but no room service at all, had to get it myself. Food and bar provided at shop/restaurant type affair beside reception, again clean tidy and well appointed. Helpful staff. All in all a good positive experience.

Overall very good value for money. Great shower gel , shampoo , conditioner , even moisturiser ! , everything in the room needed - iron , kettle etc. Would stay again.

“Hampton by Hilton, Braintree”

One of the friendliest hotels I've been to... staff went out of their way to help out. The room was fantastic with a very comfortable king sized bed and all the facilities you would expect to find! The complimentary breakfast was lovely. Had a great 2 night stay at the Hampton By Hilton and would highly recommend.

Great attentive staff, the decor gives the feeling of a more expensive establishment and certainly you are treated better.

We have a lovely stay and will be returning again. Was such a reasonable price for a last minute booking for a Friday night and everything was superb. We only encountered one slight issue, was that our card key didnt work but i think the door lock ran out of battery. Never mind the night porter let us in and they removed our bar bill straight away. Really lovely staff, loved the breakfast, not many free good tasting breaskfast in hotels these days. Just want to say thank you for lovely stay :).

“bathroom cold”

the room was a lovely size and very comfortable my only compliant was the bathroom floor was freezing and i mean ice cold !! but a small problem that we could live with

“No Complaints more an observation”

not a complaint more an observation the cooked breakfast of a buffett style a little more choice would not go amiss No bacon, was told they had not had a delivery only choice was sausges which had been cremated(Standard buffett issue) and the standard scrambled egg I do like a choice other than that no complaints

Worth going just for breakfast, i didn't know they made sausages that fat. If the coffee is good then everything else falls into place. Top quality can't beleieve the price. Steve

“Lazzzzy stay in bed hotel”

We arrived late, still greeted with a smile, such comfy bed made great for a long lie in. The best sausages i have ever had, but could not find the bacon, like my juice but it was more water with a dash, good price though well worth the money, and yer great coffee , v important.
