Were told breakfast was at 6:30 am , when got there in morning shortly after 6:30 was told be staff it wasn’t till 7 and TOLD ( not asked) to leaving dining room and wait in lobby if so desire. Every time someone closed there room door you could hear it in your room… it sounded like something dropping with a loud bang. We won’t stay there again.

Room was very comfortable but was right at the top of the stairs that had a self closing door. You could hear that close every time someone came upstairs to their room. Room was clean, the hall and stairs were dirty. Breakfast was good, maybe a little smaller than other continental breakfasts at a Super 8 or others. Good value and bed was very good.

Initial experience excellent. Very helpful very overall friendly front staff. Handle on bath tub to get water was broken., not ideal. Sink and toilet did not drain well, was in water over ankle showering. Breakfast was good but 1 server on duty could not keep up to replenishing number of people at breakfast, so many items empty and no seats.

I wish that the motel had a evelvator but thet moved my room for me which was great . I think builders of hotels need to know that not everyone can climb stairs. they to consider more mobility options for the older people

Room was nice, though being right beside the transCanada highway, we kept the fan running all night to block the road noise, and slept well. Breakfast was excellent. Good variety, hot food - hash browns, omelet, sausages, besides waffles, cold cereal, etc. We'd definitely stop again if we needed to.

First, upon arrival at the hotel, my wife remarked to the front desk she was surprised of no elevator as she has a bad knee. The remark was ignored and we used a second floor room. There were main floor vacancies. I also found the breakfast terrible and after being told too contact the manager by e-mail he refused to respond to me after 3 tries. Poor customer relations. Stayed here before and was OK, but never again.

Largest TV I've ever had in hotel room. Great price. Nice breakfast in the morning. Best " "bang for the buck" I think I've had at any property. If you don't need a pool. Or miss being away from the excitement of down town. This is a great place.

Room was just what we ordered. Very clean and the bed was comfy. Price was excellent. We were not on a vacation - its not a luxury hotel but very convenient to everything and just what we needed for this trip to Brandon.
