“Can't wait to go back”
This hotel is fantastic. They offer a full breakfast with a wide variety of choices. The beds are comfortable. The handicapped rooms are spacious, and the handicapped bathroom is one of the best. This hotel is family friendly, most hotels only offer a king sized bed in handicapped rooms but this hotel knows that the handicapped also have family and require 2 beds.

Staff was more than accomidating for odd and unexpected circumstances. Room was in excellant condition but no specific place to take pet to take care of their "business".

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The pool area was nice but the hotel was lacking in amenities for kids other than the pool.
“Fantastic! Fun pools! Best towels!”
Fantasic! Fun pools! Best towels! Our family stayed here one night in Sept 2010. Of all the hotels on our month-long road trip, this was one of our two favorite hotels. It cost a bit more than regular hotels, but was worth it! The waterpark-type pool was cute and so fun! Our whole family played like kids! Their room towels were the best of the whole trip - huge, soft and absorbent! Jacuzzi was the perfect temp - not too hot. The room had two sinks, and a mini-kitchen. The only negative - the water pressure in the shower was very low.
“Great hotel with a mini waterpark”
My family and I love staying at Holiday Inn Express hotels and this one was very nice, new and clean. The breakfast in the morning was a nice start to the day. This hotel has a small waterpark and was great fun for the kids. It was conveniently located right off of I90. Very modern decor in the lobby with cookies when we arrived. The staff was very helpful with recommending a restaurant nearby. The restaurant/sports bar nearby was delicious, would highly recommend it.
“Excellent”
We stayed in three different hotels on this trip, and this was the best. The room layout was good. The bathroom was large enough. The hotel was clean and felt substantial. There were only two downsides. The free breakfast was nothing special (sausages and folded egg-things a bit dry, coffee just dreadful), and Brandon, while very convenient to I-90, is nothing special and a bit of a haul from anything in Sioux Falls.
“Will definitely go back again”
Only negative comment I would have was that adults were not allowed in the kid pool with small children. Our 5 year old granddaughter wanted one of us to be with her as the overhead water bucket scared her and it was not allowed, therefore she did not get in the water.
“Disappointed with Holiday Inn Express”
Family was traveling out to Mt Rushmore and stopped in Brandon at the Holiday Inn Express. First of all had to pay extra for third child to swim in pool area. Was kept awake for almost 2 hours from party above and running and loud talking in halls(PARTY) Updated office and said working on it still another hr passed and noise still was going on eventually quited down. and to make this stay even worse the famous cinnamon rolls were out in the am. Not a good experience
