“Good problem-solvers”
We had booked two non-smoking rooms through Expedia, and when we arrived found that they had us in one smoking and one non-smoking room. We showed the info we received from Expedia, and the desk clerk told us that sometimes the requests do not get through on the way they show up on the form we had. Nonetheless, they QUICKLY resolved our issue, giving us an upgraded non-smoking room with a jacuzzi, at the same price. They did all of this with a smile. We found them to be courteous, professional, and eager to make our stay enjoyable - which it, indeed, was!
