“Just what I needed...my get-away weekend!”
I thought the hotel was great. Everything that I needed for my get-away weekend. Traveling by myself and staying in the room by myself which was great. The room far exceeded my desire for the weekend.
“Solid Mid Price Hotel”
Other than the room being slightly cramped, this hotel was excellent. Modern decor, easy to find, close to everything, extremely clean, quiet. I would advise asking for a room on the back, away from the noise of the strip. Photos make it appear somewhat more upscale than it is, but for the price and location, I feel completely satisfied.
“Reasonable price/Adequate facility”
Room was very clean. Wish the AC had been on when we got there. Breakfast was VERY disorganized! Out of almost everything, with a long line of people waiting for food to be replenished. Understaffed - only 1 person in the kitchen! Convenient location, free mini golf and pool, which we didn't have time to use.
“Modern Rooms with Refrigerator/Microwave”
I really loved the rooms. The flat screen television with a refrigerator/microwave in each room at no additional cost. The free breakfast could have been better. Biscuits and gravy everyday for breakfast got old. Beds were great. Bath shower could have been just a tad cleaner. Overall, I really liked this hotel.
“A good choice for a decently priced hotel”
A great place to stay if you are looking for a hotel for a reasonable rate and in a great location. It's in the middle of the Branson strip, easy to get to, close to good restaurants, Tanger Outlet Mall. The room/bathroom was very clean and well kept. The hotel appeared to be much cleaner than other hotels along the strip. We stayed in the 1st building with the outdoor (motel) stairs, where you check in. There is a 2nd building down a small hill that's enclosed. Didn't walk down there. It appeared to be nice, though. This is where the continental breakfast is, which we didn't use. The beds were fairly comfortable, AC worked well, staff was friendly. The room had a fridge, micro, flat-screen TV, armoire, and a small table with two chairs. The pool was adequate... nothing too big. Could use more lounge seating, though. With all of that said, there were a few downfalls. Keep in mind these should be expected with an older hotel at this price range. The room was small, decent for two people, though. Any more would be hard to fit. The sink drained slowly. Our iron was cracked along the top of the metal plate, and the ironing board was a tiny table-top one that stood up a couple inches. There was also no good place to plug it in where setting it on a good surface would be reasonable. If you're looking for a great vacation hotel, this probably wouldn't be the one you'd book. If you're looking to stay somewhere at a good price, clean, and in great location, this is a good choice.
“Loved it”
Great Hotel!
“Will probably try it again”
The not so goods: there are two buildings, we stayed in the main building and the exterior on the backside looked a little ran down, we noticed some water type stains on the chairs in our room, and found some trash under the bed from a previous customer, no water was running on the mini golf course which would have made it look nicer, and the advertised cookies were limited. The good things: there was a flat screen, a microwave, refrigerator, you could tell updates had been made and it made it feel stylish, the location was great, you could get on Gretna and take one of the routes and didn't have to get on 76 if you didn't want to, there was a Papa John's on the east side and a burger and a mexican place on the west side of the hotel and a Dairy Queen across the street, so you didn't have to drive to eat if you didn't want to. Overall it was a very relaxing stay and I would probably try this place again
“Not Impressed”
Hotel staff were not friendly and were inconvenienced by any interactions with guests. Breakfast was terrible and hotel claims to have fresh cookies but the only people I saw eating the cookies were the staff members.
“Great Stay”
Loved the location, service & hospitality... The standard Queen bedroom was fairly small, other than that my experience was great...
“A Decent Place to Stay in Branson.”
Nothing fancy but a clean, comfortable place to stay while you're in Branson. The complimentary breakfast is very good and includes scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy. The motel's location puts you close to many of the area's attractions.
