“It was just OK!”

Our stay was just adequate. There were no hair dryers. microwaves, coffee pots etc. I heard that some of the rooms had microwaves, but we weren't offered one. The free breakfast was very limited and boring. We were not impressed at all. We will not stay there again nor recommend it to our friends.

Maybe wi-fi is working now. If you need wi-fi, check with the hotel first.

The room was clean but you could hear people talking two rooms down as well as the room above. The continetal breakfast was set up in a little hallway with no air conditioning, which is not good in July.

“Don't stay in bldg 2 on a holiday”

We stayed at this hotel during a three day weekend. Bldg #2 is in the valley..can't see 76 highway. It is a steep walk up the hill to the pool. NO HOT WATER at all until Monday when most people had left. The floors are wood and could not sleep with the people above us making noise all night and the floors creaking.

Hotel staff were not friendly and were inconvenienced by any interactions with guests. Breakfast was terrible and hotel claims to have fresh cookies but the only people I saw eating the cookies were the staff members.

The breakfast room door, during the day, was open with people smoking outside in a small hallway going to the breakfast room. The cigarette smoke accumulated in the breakfast room. We had to walk through that area to get to our room; even though there was another way to get to our room, the shortest route was through the breakfast room. A couple nights before we left, there was a bad storm. The rain blew into the room and made a 3 ft. square area on the carpet wet. Our white socks turned black when we accidentally walked in the wet spot.

“Better not visit Branson if you have to stay here”

We had very bad experience in this hotel. First of all the hotel staff does not even welcome you properly. They are like robots. Then the room in which I stayed had all window blinds messed up and one can easily see what is going on inside. We flushed the toilet and water started running continuously and in two minutes, water was everywhere in the bathroom. When we called the attendant, he was very rude in dealing this situation. The carpet in the room was filthy. Better stay away from this hotel.
