It has a strong smell of chlorine. The carpet in the hall way is worn out. Water pressure is low. Staff was friendly and helpful. The price was a little too high for its condition. I was okay to stay.

I was very disappointed that there was no longer free hot breakfast anymore. That is actually one of the major reasons why we booked at this site.

Hi Jessica, Im sorry we no longer have a free breakfast option. The inhouse restaurant is now providing breakfast and they are steaqdily adding to the menu. I know its not complimentary but we are making the overall breakfast experience better. I hope you would consider staying with us again. Thank you

We had a terrible experience with this hotel. There was not breakfast due to their chef not being well. I am not recommending, if you think about breakfast.

Rusty, at the front desk, was pleasant and very helpful during the check in process. Our room was clean, neat, and comfortable upon arrival. The bed was comfortable and the recliner in the room was a nice addition. We would definitely stay again.

the property was dirty. I was not told that tje room would not be cleaned daily. Anyone could enter the propetty at any time. eating area was dirty. elevator not working. Front desk was closed most of the time. dirty linen and towels. Place was dirty at check in. I do not reccomend this hotel.

We have stayed at the property several times. It’s a great value for the Branson area and is just as good as the higher priced properties. This stay was no different with only the exception of the room heater that was loud and seemed to be on the Frits, turning off and on every 20 second. Which gets pretty old at night when you’re trying to sleep.

Good location, door lock was broke which made you feel uncomfortable the room was pretty dirty when we got there at night you constantly heard people running up and down the hallways and dogs barking all day and night. The suite looked nothing like the pictures super outdated and cheap looking we paid for 2 nights and only stayed 1 so we lost about $200 and didn’t care it was worth leaving early they do have a pool and hot tub but good luck there so many people packed in the hot tub you can’t even get in we will never go back

We took our daughter to silver dollar city for the first time and this hotel is so close you can hear the train and people screaming riding the rides.

Our family stayed one night. We had adjoining rooms which worked out well. The lady at the front desk was super nice, quick to check us in, and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The rooms and hallway need updating, especially painting the walls. The bathroom was dirty and had a dirty washcloth on the shower curtain rod. The bed skirt had stains on it. The mini fridge in the room kept making a noise during the night.

Staying at our favorite Hotel outside SDC
We opted to try out the new family suite. It had two super comfy queen beds 2 chairs and a pull out couch for 2 additional sleeps if needed. The down side was the very small and cramped bathroom . the toilet and shower were in one room and the sink and closet in another. It also had a nice kitchenette type area with a coffee maker , sink and small fridge. The room itself was over 400 sq foot and had two balconys 2 massive sliders to let in plenty of light , The wall unit heater and ac was difficult to use , the remote did not work an the print on the unit itself was so small i had to get down on the floor to read it . The breakfast was nice with eggs and sausage, the waffle makers are gone. but they and a pancake maker on a conveyer belt . skip that one the cakes were only about half baked. But then weekday breakfasts are never really that great.

Repeat stay at this location. Located right next to Silver Dollar City which was great. Having stayed here before a couple years ago, didn't think twice about re-booking as our first stay was great. Although I can't point out anything bad about our stay this time around, I also can't point out anything great either. The facility overall didn't seem as clean as our last visit (room cleanliness was great). Also, one thing that I remember very well from our last trip was breakfast was amazing and much better then the typical hotel breakfasts. This time around, breakfast was just like that of any other hotels with nothing about it really standing out which was disappointing. Would stay here again, but would not be at the top of the list as it was in the past.

Overall, the property was average. I expected more for what I paid. Everything seems a little more rundown than what the pictures show. The arcade is nice. The pool was freezing so we didn't swim much. The room itself was nice. The beds were comfy and so were the pillows. The room was clean. However, the tv didn't work. I called to the front desk twice and what they told me to do both times didn't work. A hotel room without a tv stinks. They should have sent someone up the second time I called down instead of just trying to get me off the phone and off their back. I would probably not stay here again. There are other nicer hotels in the area that cost just as much and are much nicer.

I would have given 5 stars but no one at desk when we wanted to check out.waited for about 30 minutes called best Western number all they could do is call phone at front desk and that's where I was so I'm going to not recommend you leave cash deposit so you can leave when ready and not be late for appointments. Very disappointed with this business chain.

The motel has stepped up it's cleanliness since last year. It is still an old facility. The front desk attendants were very nice. However, we only received clean towels once even though I requested them both days. Minor issue. All-in-all, I give it a 5 star for what it is.
