Good location is allPosted Aug 1, 2014
Pros: The location was good, staff friendly, and it was quiet in our room. The breakfast was good.
Cons: Beds extremely uncomfortable. One of the beds had stained sheets that appeared to not have been changed since the previous guest.
Location: We were able to walk to the downtown shopping and the Landing.
The positives were the staff and the breakfast. The location was good-close to everything and walking distance to Landing and shopping.

Very nice and accommodating staff. Friendly!Posted Jul 28, 2014
The room was clean and the front desk was very kind and helpful in getting it ready when I came in early. I loved how the house keepers folded the towels. It makes you feel special when the details are over and above.

Great for spending the nightPosted Jul 13, 2014
We stay at this hotel when we pick our kids up from camp. It serves great for this purpose. It is well situated and is clean and with good service The rooms are comfortable. The sink and wash area is small but ok. We arrive late at night and leave early in the morning. I would not recommend it to spend the day there. But if only for sleep it is great.

One night standPosted Jun 26, 2014 on Hotels.com
We booked this location on the spur of the moment after an unexpected delay in moving into our new home. The staff couldn't have been more helpful, although we nearly beat the internet's notification of our reservation. We've stayed there previously and were impressed with the recent renovations. Breakfast was very ample and the location is convenient for visitors to the Branson area.

Pros: Location. 24 hour pool. Breakfast. updated rooms
Location: Landing. Shopping. Eateries. The Strip.
Hotel was perfect for our weekend getaway. The landing was just a hop skip and a jump away. Very nice setting in downtown branson. Just a short drive to the Strip. 76 blvd.

Clean, Comfy and Cost EffectivePosted May 12, 2014 on Hotels.com
If you're looking for a clean, comfortable and cost-effective hotel near the Landing this is it. A good free hot breakfast, free wifi, free DVD player, free parking and a nice pool, happy, happy, happy! I'd rather spend my money on shows and shopping, which is why I tag along on my husband's business trip. The rooms are a little smaller than other hotels, so I don't recommend for families with small children who like to run. If you're looking for fluff, stay at the other place down the hill and pay for it.

Friendly, clean and updatedPosted May 7, 2014
Pros: Clean. Good Location. Helpful staff.
Cons: Exterior style could use some revamping.
Location: Located on the side of a hill just walking distance to Downtown Branson and the Branson Landing.
Interior seemed to have been recently remodeled as it's style was up-to-date and very clean. Each staff member we encountered was extremely friendly and helpful. Hot breakfast every morning. All-day access to coffee, bottled water and fruit. We were actually very impressed with the hotel especially for it's low cost per night. It's walking distance to Downtown Branson and the Branson Landing, but BEWARE of the steep hill that the hotel property sits on the side of. Downtown and the Landing are downhill, but it's a steep uphill climb back to the hotel. We rode our bicycles around town, but we had to walk them part of the way up. Wasn't a major issue for us though.
