I am sorry to hear you had a poor experience with our facility. We do all we can to keep up. Unfortunately, when something happens that requires parts be ordered (a new hot tub heater) we are at the mercy of the supplier.I'm not aware of any maintenance issue with your room's AC, but I do apologize. Had you brought your issues to our attention, our maintenance staff should have been able to help, and if they could not do so quickly, our policy would be to offer you the opportunity to move rooms.

My sincerest apologies that you missed the hot tub. We had just replaced the heater March 16, and found out the hard way that the replacement was defective April 6. I am very sorry for the inconvenience, but the new heater is expected to be delivered today (April 12).

In situations like this, we ask our guests to bring these issues to the attention of the front desk, so we can address them in time to let you and your family get rest.Alternately, when booking your next visit, requesting a top floor room helps avoid this kind of noise issue.

Setting the air conditioner to run when the low temperatures are below 40 tends to leave the thermostat (which is right beneath the window) spoofed into thinking it's cool and doesn't need to run as much.
