“not impressed at all”
We've stayed at this hotel a couple of years ago. That is why we choose to come back. This time the front desk was a little less than professional. Housekeeping looked like anyone on the street. We had an incident in our room, which was taken care of, but the rest of the room was not made ready. No coffee maker, no hair dryer. The continental breakfast lasts until 10:00. If you arrive 9:15-9:30 there is not anything stocked or fresh. I felt as though the hotel had a change in ownership or management, from my first experience to now. I do not believe we will return.
“Not impressed”
The dishes in the cabinet had spaghetti sauce on them. We had to wash them before we could eat. One of the cookpots was missing. No sheets to fit the fold out couch. We stayed in the two bedroom condo and the bathrooms are in the bedrooms. This would work if you only had a max of four people but we have a large family so you constantly had people coming in your room in the middle of the night to use the bathroom. No privacy. Housekeeping tried to come in when we were in the room in the afternoon even though they had already cleaned that morning. Overall we weren't impressed. The pictures on the Internet were much nicer than the real thing.

Everything we needed was nearby. Traffic flow was very simple.

Carpet in room was filthy. Way too many flies in room. People at desk were helpful but didn't seem to understand expedia policy. If place was cleaned up and rid of flies wouldn't be a bad place to stay. Price was ok.
“Unproffesional staff”
Staff seems short of help or maybe doesn't care. There is a second building behind the main and if your room is located there it is inconvenient for breakfast or use of the pool to walk up the hill to get there.
