“Great Experience”

Our room was very clean and quiet. The ice machine at the end of the hall worked great. The hotel was in a very convenient location and its parking lot was well-lit. The continental breakfast always offered hot items along with cereal and pastries. We felt we received great value and will certainly stay there again.

“Nice place but other better Motels in the area.”

The Grand Oaks was okay with some plus and minus features. The beds were great and the rooms very clean. The work out room was nice and the equipment was new and well maintained. The rooms were in 2 buildings but they had a breakfast room in each building which was very convenient. There were a couple of negatives. First the pool area was not clean. The hot tubs and pool were dirty. One lady did call the person at the main desk and he was very nice and cleaned the problems up immediately. They also need to install a room card entry into the pool area for people staying in building B without having to walk through the lobby. The location was great, very close to many of the activities. The room was nice but it would have been better if a microwave and refrigerator was variable for the price we paid.

“This is a great place to stay in Branson!”

We enjoyed every aspect of our stay at the Grand Oaks. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our rooms were very clean and well maintained. We will definitely stay the the Grand Oaks again. The prices are reasonable and the service is excellent!

“vacation 2010”

The staff was very friendly. They could give us recommendations. Breakfast was good. It is convenient to get to shows since you can take the back roads and bypass 76 alot. There isn't much parking in the front so if you park in the back you have to walk to the ends of the building to get in. The pool area was nice but the water was really cold when we were there and this hadn't been the case in the past. Didn't like that you had to be over 21 to use the hottub so my teenager was left out.
