Easy to find, great view of lake, reasonable rates, good service, close to SDC park, not much traffic.

The place needs a little TLC. Take care of the moldy mildew smell in the room and a bed with out plastic covers and you'd have a winner.

“Family sized condo at a motel price”

We traveled to Branson to attend a family wedding. We selected this lodging location for a couple of reasons. First, we planned to stay for several days, so comfort and not just location was considered. Second, we were not really sure how many would be staying with us each night because there were a number of out of town guest coming to the wedding. We found the condo off the beaten path, but well within an easy driving distance of the shows and attractions of the Branson Strip. The condo was large and roomy. It was fully furnished with linens and kitchen accessories. The view of the lake was a nice view to observe over morning coffee. There was a large flock of geese that were eager to be feed each morning. The condo is only two miles from Silver Dollar City. We found this condo well worth the price and a very comfortable location for a good nights rest.

For a competitive rate lodge on Table Rock, the experience was pleasant and felt more private than some places we have stayed.

This hotel is in a wonderful location, however it has not been updated or been kept repaired. When we arrived, none of the heaters were on, very cold, Maintenance did come and get them working. However, when we came back from town that evening, it was so hot in the room it was very hard to sleep, we truned everything off and it was still extremelly warm the nex evening. Hard to regulate the heat in these rooms.

The worst. 1970's decor, smelly, rude hotel clerk. Small, plumbing slow.

“Motel from the past”

A moldy, transparent curtain covered the bathroom window. A car deodorizer was hanging from a lamp swag in an attempt to mask the odor. The towel bar was broken. The wall sockets were loose, and my phone charger fell out without even pulling it. The kitchen fan had grease on it. Tub and sinks drained slowly, and we had to stand in 3" of water during a shower. Long Porch was not private, and it had two paint-chipped rockers on it. Porch overhang was teaming with spiders. Cobwebs in the unit. The desk clerk was rude. Lots of loud children in the yard.

“Not impressed!”

We stayed in the Indian Pointe Condominiums for 3 nights. The hotel received 3 star rating so we were expecting someplace not fancy, but at least clean and comfortable. This resort is a dump! The room was filthy and the bed's were the least comfortable bed I have slept in in years. I do not recommend staying at Indian Pointe or Eagle Ridge Lodges for Condo...you will be extremely dissatisfied!!

“Not Impressed”

All in all, my family did very well on this vacation, even though we had these minor problems with this condo stay. Branson was a wonderful place to see, for my mother, because, this was the first time she ever saw, that big, small town. My son, would like for us to move there, but, we cannot due to the employment of my wife. I am retired, and I would be able to do it, but, we need to wait a few more years for her to be able to retire, so possibly we could do that. Thank You.
