Easy parking, absolutely the best housekeeping. Very clean!! Nice pool and weight room. Nice breakfast. Only downfall was the hallways smelled like incense.

We keep coming back to the Lodge of the Ozarks. Its clean, centrally located, big rooms, and a full breakfast is included. There are many gathering spots to sit down and visit with you family/friends or make new ones. It has a big swimming pool and even a guest laundry. Multiple card coded entry/ exit doors so you are never too far from your vehicle when loading and unloading.

This place was great!!!! The beds, the pillows, safe, easy parking, CLEAN , friendly staff, the breakfast was great. The only things I didn’t like was the bible verses posted everywhere but that’s to be expected in the bible belt but whatever and lack of fresh fruit like bananas and apples but that’s it! I can’t wait to stay here again.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was just right. It was an easy drive to all major attractions yet on the edge so you could go the other way to avoid traffic.

I like to stay here a couple of times a year. This trip was a little less than stellar as when i attempted to check in at 350 pm, I was told my room was not ready yet. The staff said to come back after awhile, maybe have an early dinner. I came back just before 5 pm and they were still uncertain about my room They finally called housekeeping to confirm that the room was ready. The front desk staff seemed confused and inexperienced, unlike what im used to at this hotel. There was a line of people trying to chrck in.

We apologize, Judi, as your check-in day was Sunday, April 7, and our hotel was (as were so many) inundated with last minute bookings on Sunday to witness the path of the solar eclipse on Monday. We do apologize that your experience was less than stellar compared to your other visits. It truly was a unique afternoon with a huge volume of last minute bookings to witness the uncommon event. We are thankful for our staff who did their very best to accommodate our guests in this rare situation.
