Good place to stay if just need a place to sleep and cable tv. Have sleep number beds for comfort. Clean rooms. Poor wi-fi, doesn't offer any incentives, and you have to ask regarding free breakfast with hotel stay. Price went up during holidays and weekend compared to weekdays. Small hotel rooms for the price.

Nice hotel could use some updates.

Hotel staff was great. Our room was great but the bathroom was REALLY small. The pool area was set up great but the hot tub had cracks and what appeared to be mildew in the cracks. I also noticed on Sunday morning they had coffee out for the guests in the lobby but on Monday when I went down to get a travel cup I was told to purchase a cup from the resturant downstairs to get one.

Better than most in Branson.

Posted Aug 18, 2014
Pros: Clean, staff was very helpful.
Cons: Ice machines need to be replaced, they are older looking and really load.
Location: Everything was super close. No need for anything closer. Great.
This is a larger hotel in Branson. Very close to local destinations and has most amentities you would need. Had to park on backside of hotel and do a little stair walking, I had some knee issues that day so that was a little rough. Front desk staff was great, they had tickets to local events and lots of great feedback. Room was decent and clean. Overall a positive experience and would definitely stay again.

Great staff, Great location, Great Staff

Cons: breakfast
Location: location is premo. you can always use the back roads from this hotel.
Loved it clean and friendly. No refrig and the continental breakfast is only until 7:30am...pay for it after that. everything after that was Great. Clean and that counts for a LOT

Expedia Arrangements!

Posted Aug 4, 2014
Pros: Location and the rooms were very comfortable.
Cons: I think if the hotel is going to allow Expedia to book rooms for them it is their obligation to honor all the detailed arrangements made.
Location: Great Location! When the main strip was conjested we could use the roads behind to get around.
The hotel would not honor any of the needed arrangements we made through Expedia! Expedia asked for needed detailed arrangements and a phone # where we could be reached if unable to do so and we were not called and upon arrival paperwork in hand the hotel said they don't even see those arrangements. You also do not get complimentary breakfast if you book with Expedia. The pool was much too small, the picture was very deceiving. The staff was great and the beds very comfortable.

Parking

Posted Aug 3, 2014
The hotel was very good, as we expected from Radisson. The only comment I have concerns the parking, and because the hotel sits on a hill, there might be little that can be done. That being said, you are almost always parking on a hill, and of course, need to either walk up a hill to the building, or up a hill to your car from the building. We stayed at this hotel during a previous visit to Branson, and the hotel has been somewhat remodeled since. Other than the parking lot, it is a first class hotel.

"Suite" was ok. Shower was very small even for kids. The balcony which was a selling point was little more than an overhang. The breakfast buffet was good and reasonably priced. The wait staff left a lot to be desired. I had to clear our table 3 times before the waitress came back to check on us. The front counter staff and bell staff were very nice and helpful. Pool is very disappointing in size. The "gym" doesn't have much more than my little work out area at home. Overall a "C". They comped the upgrade to the "suite" which was the only way the price was right.

Tiny bathrooms

Posted Jul 28, 2014
Pros: Location
Cons: Rooms and bathrooms are too small. Double beds need to be upgraded to Queen size.
We stayed in this hotel just one night on a quick trip to Branson with my husband and our 2 daughters. We stayed in a standard double room and it was nice although it felt so tiny like i was staying in NYC or something. For 4 people it was tight, i'd recommend go a step up in size. The bathrooms were incredibly small and the door opened in the inside vs. outside making it feel even smaller. For 2 people the room would be fine but for 4 or more i would say get a bigger room. Parking at this hotel is limited too, not ideal. Overall, a nice hotel and nice staff but you felt cramped here. I probably won't stay here again if i had other options.

Good location on the strip

Not so great. Had to ask for toilet paper 5 times and the last time the girl said housekeeping was out.
