Lied too

Posted Jul 2, 2015
The room was clean but I was told this was a hotel different from the ramada inn and turns out it's a motel. I was very upset. And the features were a joke.

Very convient to all shopping and shows. We would have liked to have a refrigerator in room for drinks and snacks. No area to sit at while in room. Other than those items it was fine.

Old hotel

Posted Jun 23, 2015
they had a Biker concert in the parking lot until 2:00am every night. People hung out drank beer and talked in front of the hotel rooms until then. I got no sleep. The breakfast they offer is not at the hotel but in a facility close to the hotel, but they do offer a van service. The rooms had spider webs in them but the bathroom is very clean but very small. I would not stay in this hotel again for 89.00 dollars a night. Maybe 50.00. And I would have to be desperate. I usually like the ramada but not this one.

Wrong room

I booked a king size bedroom, on arrival they had no room for me. I would suggest calling the hotel and verbally confirm your reservation

Very average

Posted Jun 15, 2015
When we arrived to the room it was very hot in temperature. The room had an average appearance. The brochure made the hotel out to be luxurious, when in reality was below my expectations. If you want an average hotel this one is for you.

Pictures can be deceiving

Posted Jun 4, 2015
Pros: It was right on main highway, full breakfast everyday at a locale grill
Cons: The room decore, still has Tube type tv. Walls are not decorated. We had to pay $5 per night more for a Microwave oven
Location: All the theatres are close by
The picture of the hotel was not the hotel we stayed in, It did not even look like the front desk area.. This was the same as a Motel 6 hotel in downtown Branson. The Name Ramada fooled me

Pros: The location was very good for shows and dining.
The room was clean and that is important to me. There was a free breakfast nearby. Dining options were close and of course plenty of shows were near.

Disappointed Customer....

Posted Jan 5, 2015 on Hotels
was disappointed in this Ramada....tv was tiny and fuzzy, went through 2 coffee pots before one worked, security lock was broken on the door, although they did repair it promptly, bathtub stopper was broken, had to pay if you wanted fridge or microwave in room, ice machine did not work half of our stay, even though we were there for 6 nights we had to have our key fixed almost everyday to get into our room, light/fan in bathroom was filthy, but on the up side the beds were very comfortable and the location could not be beat, and the front desk staff and maintenance staff were very courteous although housekeeping could use some lessons in friendliness. For a Ramada Inn I was quite surprised at the condition of the motel, you usually can always count on Ramada Inns to be nice but I will not stay here again..
