What's not to like?Posted Mar 19, 2015
Cons: Staff attitude and check in procedure.
Location: Off the strip but close to restaurants and attractions.
Well kept, well maintained, big unit with 2 large screen flat panel TVs. Full kitchen with washer/dryer, screened deck and elevators to upper floors. Good location off the strip. I don't care for the 4:00 PM check in, but hey you can't have it all. I've been annoyed here with some staff attitude in the past but I keep returning because of the exceptional value. Branson truly is the working mans Riviera, and this facility is the working mans luxury resort.

Good fishing and shows, close to everything. This is all I have to say, so if it isn't enough, oh well.

We were caught in an ice storm so spent two nights. Staff were wonderful. Accommodations were superb!! So nice to have a convenience store nearby and a furnished kitchenette.

Close to 76Posted Feb 27, 2015
Nice big room for the low cost. Great selection of movies to rent out! Very close to 76 but in a quiet and more private area of Branson.

Great lodging, but beware the time share pitch.Posted Feb 20, 2015
Pros: Great facilities.
Cons: Less sales pitch.
The two bedroom suite we had was great. However, this place also sells Diamond Resorts timeshare point plans, so they make a strong effort to get you into their sales process. They claim the process takes just 90 minutes, but the reality is that it takes 2-3 hours. They also claim they will give you a 3 day /2 night lodging package just for watching, but you only discover the restrictions and fees on the voucher after reading the fine print afterwards. Those restrictions made it useless to us. It was interesting to see that the same timeshare points packages they were selling were available on e-bay for essentially nothing, as many people are desperate to get out of their contracts due to the annual maintenance fees. Bottom line: enjoy your room, but avoid the "concierge desk" or the sales staff no matter what they promise you.
