Close to 76Posted Feb 27, 2015
Nice big room for the low cost. Great selection of movies to rent out! Very close to 76 but in a quiet and more private area of Branson.

Great lodging, but beware the time share pitch.Posted Feb 20, 2015
Pros: Great facilities.
Cons: Less sales pitch.
The two bedroom suite we had was great. However, this place also sells Diamond Resorts timeshare point plans, so they make a strong effort to get you into their sales process. They claim the process takes just 90 minutes, but the reality is that it takes 2-3 hours. They also claim they will give you a 3 day /2 night lodging package just for watching, but you only discover the restrictions and fees on the voucher after reading the fine print afterwards. Those restrictions made it useless to us. It was interesting to see that the same timeshare points packages they were selling were available on e-bay for essentially nothing, as many people are desperate to get out of their contracts due to the annual maintenance fees. Bottom line: enjoy your room, but avoid the "concierge desk" or the sales staff no matter what they promise you.

Nice stay to a busy weekend.Posted Feb 16, 2015
We stayed in a 2 room suite. Big and comfy! We had plenty of room for the kids to run around. The porch over looking the Creek was real nice. We enjoyed and will be back.

no resort things open but had resort feePosted Feb 9, 2015
Pros: the kitchenette
Cons: they could tell you that a $100m hold would be plaed on the debit or credit card. we nearly did not get the room and no cash accepted
Location: table rock lake
we chose this facility because it had a hot tub indoors. when we arrived we were told it was closed. they still charged the resort fee but there was not indoor pool or hot tub or fitness centerm open

Timing is everything!Posted Jan 20, 2015
Pros: Good value during the "off season". Kitchenette with all you need to make a meal except the groceries!
Cons: Couldn't help but feel there was a time-share presentation hiding around there somewhere but we managed to avoid it...
Location: It's Branson!
Decided to make a last minute trip to Branson during the off season as a quick get a way. Found this resort at a reasonable price and decided to give it a try. Don't know what the price would have been during the "on" season but it was a good value for our visit. We didn't sample any of the resort extras, just spent some time in the room which was very comfortable, clean and well maintained.
