From the moment we opened the door, I was very impressed. It looked and felt like home. It was beautifully decorated, the kitchen was fully furnished, the beds were so cozy and comfortable, and the cleanliness of every room was superb. I really can't say enough about every aspect of our condo. We will definitely stay here again and will tell others about our experience.

When we arrived, our condo was dusty and there was hair in the shower. The wifi did not work and it took several calls to get anyone to help. The parking is HORRID! People double parked behind us and we had to wait nearly 2 hours to be able to get out for breakfast! We called the front desk and they refused to do anything about it. I finally called back and had to get more vocal with the manager who said he would take care of it, but nothing was ever done. If there had been an emergency, they would be facing a HUGE lawsuit! They are not any nicer than the other condos in the area who have better customer service and better parking. Spend your money elsewhere!

Nice Condos, comfortable stay. We had a small problem which was taken care of nicely (see below). These people manage several complexes within Branson. I knew about this before hand as I have stayed here before. They may put you in any one of them, but I don't think you can choose which condo complex you want to stay when booking through hotels.com We checked in around 730 pm and were given a condo next to the golf course. It was a 2 bed/2bath condo. The bathroom in the master bed was locked with a notice on the door saying 'out of order'. We called the office and a lady told us someone will take care of it the next day. There was no way we could stay there with one bathroom for 4 adults and 4 small kids. I insisted that we be changed to another Condo, but they seemed to be reluctant to do it. After some pressure they yielded and gave us another house with 3BR/2.5 Bath and a garage (basically a free upgrade). The condo (though we stayed there for only one hour) and the house we were given were very well maintained, clean, comfortable beds and convinient to all locations. Overall our stay was good. I wish they never rented out the condo with one BR not working, or rent it out as a two BR and one bath until the other BR was repaired. It was a little inconvinient for us to change condo after moving all the luggage inside. The boy who came to give us the keys for the upgraded house was very apologetic, polite and offered to help with moving the luggage, which we managed to do it ourselves.

This is our 3rd stay at Thousand Hills. We are always pleased with the accomodations. We have stayed in both the 2 and 3 bedroom units. We have a 3 year old, so we usually choose the bigger of the rooms. The beds are very comfortable. The bathroom is spacious with a wonderful Jacuzzi tub. Double vanity. The closet is big enough to sleep in! Beautiful views with a game room overlooking the golf course. Kitchen is fully-equipped with everything you need during your stay. The only thing I suggest bringing is hand soap and dish soap. We have stayed in many different places in Branson, but we are most satisfied with our stay here. Always a pleasure!
