They rebooked me last minute ... and told me the new room was better and newly renovated. The room was dirty (crumbs all over the floor, black mold in the shower, dishwasher totally dirty, sticky stains on both tables and all chairs) (I have pictures to prove it). Management wasn't not interested in solving the issue.

It was a wonderful experience. The condo was very clean. Easy check in/out. The condo originally booked was not available due to an inventory mixup. We were notified two days prior to arrival with an upgrade. Will definitely seek Wyndham opportunities when traveling in the future.

My husband and I stayed at The Falls for two nights in October. Easy check-in (the wristband does what the door card does, so you don’t have to go speak to the Club Wyhdam people to get a wrist band). The one bedroom room was very large and the king sized bed was comfortable. I slept with a white noise app on so only heard the people above us a little bit in the early morning. We will definitely recommend this property and will stay here again if we come to Branson. You get very nice accommodations for the price.

This was a great place hidden in trees but close to everything. The bed was very comfortable. The only thing the carpet could be vacuumed not swept. We will stay again.

The unit we stayed is was perfect for a couple. It was very spacious and immaculate. It was very quiet. Location was convenient to the strip and Silver Dollar City. We loved it. Will definitely stay again.

Clean, but if you're not staying at the main club wyndham falls you miss out on a lot of activities. When you only have one can and your spouse has the car, this is a large complex the main club was 1 1/2 miles of us and registration was not at the same building, it made it a little confusing.

Beautiful room and location
We take 1-2 trips to Branson every year. This was our first time staying at Club Wyndham and we LOVED it. Quiet and away from the strip, but still within a 15-minute drive of everything. Phenomenal views of trees and hills. We did the one-bedroom condo, and it was HUGE. Confident that we'll only stay here in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Falls. The Condo was clean and modern with nice televisions and a very comfortable bed. However, BE AWARE, when you check in they send you over to a kiosk where they put you through the spiel of trying to give you free tickets/coupons if you will listen to a presentation. We politely asked to just get our wristbands but when that didn't work my wife asked again, "Can we please just have our wristbands?" whereas the salesman replied, "Wow! Who's pressuring who? You are pressuring me!" This left a bad taste in our mouths as we started our getaway.

We liked that they were able to accommodate my husband's request for a 1st floor room as he has lung cancer and finds it taxing to go up and down stairs. They were able to find a 2nd floor walkout on short notice.

This property is definitely my favorite in Branson! I made an error when booking my room, but the manager handled it all and fixed it for me. The mistake was on my part, not theirs, and they quickly fixed it. We will definitely return.

We did not enjoy getting harrassed when we arrived about purchasing a time share and that he did not take "Not Interested" for answer. We just want to check in without getting a sales pitch. And we are not interested in attending a presentation that eats into the small amount of vacation we have. Property was nice and well maintained but the walls were very thin and we could hear the neighbor snoring at night and talking during the day. Water pressure was very weak and the drain didn't drain in the shower. Laundry and dish supplies were appreciated. And the space was large and spacious.

The condo was a good size and the accommodations were good. The only issue was the bugs crawling in the chair and the kitchen was not cleaned very well.

Staff were very friendly. They tried to fix our air conditioner but it wouldn’t work properly. We also couldn’t get the light on the bed to work, but we were only there a few days so we didn’t mention it. The property was fair for the price.

Squeaky flooors
Place is very clean and comfortable but you can hear other people’s toilets flushing, talking in the other rooms and the floors squeaking from the people above you and the rooms beside you when they walk around all hours of the night. I will not be staying there again.

Our location didn’t have working WiFi. Toilet was difficult to flush. Dylan did not follow up on calling maintenance for a tv in bedroom that wasn’t working but got fixed right away after calling ourselves.
