They did not tell us upon check-in they would be resurfacing the parking lot. There was noise from construction starting early morning throughout the day. There was dust and dirt all over cars. Then forced to park on back side of property and walk all the way around the facility to get to building. This was a huge inconvenience with three children. I would have chosen a different location had they told us beforehand of the work being done.

The property and rooms are top notch . Once i arrived and completed the check in process, the clerk turned me over to another employee that tried and tried to force me into a sales seminar. Even after repeated attempts to decline without getting rude she wasn’t letting up . This was a very awkward 10 minute process and was quite unwelcome for me

We were very pleased with the property and location- wouldn’t hesitate to book there again - the check-in process was the only thing that could be improved on - only one staff member with a line waiting - took over 30min

We were nervous about staying here, because we had been told that they hound you to but a time share. At no point in the week did they ever say one thing about a time share. They were so friendly, and if we needed anything it’s was delivered immediately. They also offer activities all day for the kids and families! The out door heated pool was especially nice in the evenings. Will stay Agian!

THE CONDO WAS WELL-EQUIPPED, UPDATED, AND AT A GREAT PRICE. THE GROUNDS WERE NICE, BUT I SOMEHOW MISSED THE FACT THAT THE INDOOR POOL AND HOT TUB WERE CLOSED FOR RENOVATIONS

The staff was extremely friendly and efficient on check in and out. I did stay during off season so was price value was great. The facility was clean. It was just a positive stay.

My experience was great. Room was clean, everything I needed was there. The pillows were so soft. They gave me gift when I got there and a departure bag it was so sweet. 10/10 would go back

This is always a great place to stay when in Branson. The condos are spacious and beds are super comfortable. The grounds are beautiful as well. I also feel really safe staying here. I absolutely recommend staying here to everyone. The price is really affordable for everything you get.

Had several maintenance issues. Property staff responded to each promptly and had each issue resolved quickly. Very friendly. Only complaint is parking. With buildings on both sides of the parking lot, there are not enough spaces for all the units.

The room was dated and the shower/tub looked grimey and dirty. There was a black residue around the jets in the jacuzzi bath..we didn’t use it. The worst part of the stay was the timeshare wolves that won’t take no for an answer. If you stay here stear clear of them. I personally will never ho back based on that experience alone

Nice place we have stayed here twice now. This time the parking was a nightmare no where to park near our room at all. The shower also had mold on the bottom of the doors.

Bed was so comfy. Coffee pot Didn't work but Richard ran a brand new one up to us. Only had 1 roll of toilet paper which was odd. Shower needed to be cleaned better but overall we loved it.

Branson getaway
Beware when staying at a timeshare condo. Don't go to the sales presentation unless you just have time to give. Sure they give you a gift card and maybe a food voucher, but you're on vacation. Do you really want to sit through a 2 hour sales presentation. The condo was good. The sofa was unconfortable to sit on. The bed was comfortable. It could use some updating.

This property is a timeshare apartment complex.The complex is well maintained and clean. We reserved a 2 bedroom unit and got a handicap accessible unit. We did not need a handicap unit and would have liked a standard unit. Overall it was fine as we spent most of our time at shows in Branson

Fun in Branson
We did a brief family vacation in Branson and the Wyndham was a super place. Had plenty of room to gather and enjoy the trip.

The two bedroom condo was a wonderful set up with two full bathrooms for each room. Lots of space in common rooms even with a six person dining room set. Clean. Well stocked. Washer/dryer. The price was excellent for what was offered and WITHOUT the huge cleaning fee that some of the places charge. We were impressed.

The check-in started off bumpy due to an error with my reservation but it was handled promptly. My stay was awesome the room was as expected. Anything I needed was brought to the room. The 250 hold is a bit much but it’s worth it. I’ll definitely be back!

We loved the balcony view of all the colors of Fall in the surrounding trees of Branson. The single room condo was very roomy and comfortable. What we weren’t impressed with was the cafe breakfast. It was a disappointment, because of the quality of the food. We have eaten much better prepared food at some of the hotels, which offer free breakfast.

The property and condo was beautiful. Minor issue in the parking lot but it looks like the complex was aware and hopefully addressing soon. Many parking spots were blocked off around a water/sewer drain. One bathroom spelled like sewer. The person showering would get cold water if someone else turned on hot water at the sink or turned on the 2nd shower/bath. Very clean and the decor was nice. I would stay here again.

We loved the King Deluxe Condo we had. It literally was like walking into an apartment. It was clean and had all the amenities for the 3-night stay we booked. The kitchen had cookware and serveware along with a microwave, coffee maker, stove, and dishwasher. A spacious eating area and living room area. There was a television in the living area as well as the bedroom. The King Bed was soft and luxurious. The bathroom included two different vanities, a shower, and a large jacuzzi. Amazing space. The only negative... We traveled there in October and our first night was on a Thursday night. The first two nights were quiet. However, on Saturday we realized we had neighbors next door and above. There was a lot more noise. We'd stay there again, however, make sure we get the top floor!
