“Great stay!”

I was very satisfied with my stay at Best Western. The room was clean and linens were fresh and comfortable. Convenient location in quiet neighborhood. Complimentary hot breakfast had a variety of foods. Would definitely consider staying at Best Western again!

“Great clean hotel for the price!”

Great simple hotel. If you are -really- sensitive to noise at night request a room that is not on the highway side (it not really bad unless you are sensitive to it). The bathroom is a bit small but perfectly fine. This hotel is 25%-50% of other hotels near Road Atlanta. I really like the breakfast here, it's simple but good (scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, toast, waffle maker thing, etc) Watch out the road closest to I-85 is one way now (towards the hotel) so when leaving the hotel you have to go around the loop. The hotel staff was very clear on this to every customer that I saw but people still ignored them (I watched 3 people in a row get tickets because they ignored the signs). Extremely friendly staff. This is my second year in a row at this hotel and I have not had an issue with it yet.

“Remodeled room”

I was in a non-smoking double queen room that had been remodeled [shower, large flat screen, 4 cubic foot refrigerator versus 2, carpet]. My friends in the other four rooms had well maintained clean rooms and they all made the same observation. This room was better than their rooms. Motel security was present and obvious.

“great place to stay for the mitty”

beside the traffic noise from i85 (which should be a norm if you pick a place by a interstate) the staff went out of the way to make your stay a relaxed time.

“Not impressed”

The room was comfortable and clean. The outside of the hotel had not been updated like the inside rooms, therefore, I did not feel the door was secure. The service was bad; had to wait to check out and there was only 1 person working at the hotel that I saw during our stay. The road going to the hotel was under construction and it was very, very confusing finding the entrance. The choices for the breakfast were fine, but, again, had to wait for food and couldn't find anyone for about 15 minutes to help us.

“Won't go back”

Myself,My husband and infant son were placed next to someone in the next room who was extremely loud late into the night. There was a lot of traffic in and out of the room, along with lots of profanity. I didn't feel safe!
