The ladies locker room was incredibly dirty!! There was trash on the ground and it seemed like no one maintained the area. The staff were all helpful.

The concierge Bruce was amazing. The entire staff was courteous and friendly. My husband and I spent our anniversary here for the second year in a row and we will continue to visit on special occasions. Our dinner at the Marc was delicious and the staff was so amazing!

I haven’t stayed here in 5 years, and it’s sad to say it’s gone downhill. I cannot believe that old fashioned’s are premade!!! The bar was obnoxious to say the least. DJ was extremely loud. Used to be a nice place to enjoy a real drink and relax. Sheets were scratchy and the pillows were terrible. I was really disappointed :(

In the weeks before check in, I made 3 calls to the property to ask if the outdoor hot tub was open. I was told to tell them upon check-in that we would be using the hot tub, which I did. That evening as we were getting in the hot tub we found that it was not hot but very cold. Very disappointing as I had checked multiple times because this was an important amenity that we wanted for our girls weekend.

Lovely resort and grounds Food average to good. Winery closed for private party so couldn’t visit it As typical of resorts, expensive.. lots of taxes and resort fee. Would recommend .

You dont get your room done or water bottles replaced unless you request it, and they don't tell you that when you check in, also had no "Do not Disturb " sign in our room to go down for breakfast but they knocked on our door at 8 am day of check out.. But other rooms had signs. Need more attention to details.

Pleasant grounds, landscaping and architecture. There were many restaurants with diverse offerings onsite. The spa we well staffed and services were amazing. This was our first visit, but not our last.

What a beautiful resort! Had a lovely time at the wine tasting enjoyed the bourbon bar as well as the Versailles restaurant! Staff was very friendly!! Would tell anyone to absolutely stay here!!
