Fantastic property! Beautiful inside with excellent staff. The amenities were great, the decor was cool and the food/drinks in all cafes, bars and the restaurant was exceptional.

Overall amazing. Wonderful staff, very clean and elegant, and although I was unable to take advantage of the full property, the amenities are top of the line. Access to complimentary parking was also incredible as not many hotels in the area offer it

Was a true “5 star”. Visiting from America, and found the hotel and staff to be top notch. New construction. Modern architecture executed perfectly. Large rooms. Great amenities. Very good high end restaurant. Great cappuccinos. Room service. This would be a top tier hotel in America. Would stay here again.

Brasov trip
The staff are what this hotel is all about. The reception welcome from Oana and Anca and the waiters and breakfast staff and even the drivers and porters. The food in the restaurant is sensational and the health facilities exceptional. As an example one of their drivers took the day to drive me around seeing the castles and one of the porters helped me with the large baggage I had to the train station. This is probably the best hotel in Brasov.

Upscale hotel
Hotel is very nice but too upscale for middle class travelers such as myself. Got snotty looks by other guests and security person working in the front lobby. Air conditioning didn't work but luckily it wasn't too hot outside. Front desk agents seem friendly though. Hotel would be priced over $350 the United States but is priced like a nice Holiday Inn.

This is a very modern hotel. Excellent stuff, very friendly, rooms are clean and spacious. Conveniently located near the train station and not far from town center.

Pleasant surprise !
Very soft mattress,I pointed out, in similar situations in other hotels the answer was invariable " sorry we don't have anything else". This hotel also has no other mattresses but THEY FOUND A SOLUTION. Remarkable !!!

Nice big modern room, nice spa
Pro: free parking, spacious modern bedroom, good breakfast with bubble wines. Cons: The water from shower didn’t flow away in bathroom in Room 607. Wi-Fi is totally not working in room 607 too despite the complaint has been made and router was reset. Paid Spa & pool.

Amazing for romantic weekend
The design of the hotel is amazing, the bathroom is stunning. Over all the perfect couple weekend get-away. The bathtub is made for two ;)

Beautiful hotel, good location and polite staff
Great and beautiful property. Nice, polite and helpful staff. Just a suggestion: please begin to offer a complimentary bottle of water for the guests. What is the reason to offer free coffee and tea in the room when you don’t offer a bottle of water? Should the guests use the water from the bathroom sink or pay for the expensive water from the mini bar? That’s not welcoming. Breakfast was good and location was great for someone like me who enjoys walking. The hotel is located 30-35 min. walking from the main square in Brasov.

Absolutely great hotel in Brasov
Absolutely great hotel! Everything is quality here, been all over the world but didn't met such quality furniture, appliances, everything is premium quality! Had an executive room, with EMCO appliances in the bathroom, SAMSUNG smart TV, huge bed with damask cotton lining, soft thick quality carpet. Parking is free. Unfortunately wr didn't had time for SPA & pool. Restaurant is not cheap, but it is a premium restaurant, like the entire hotel. Highly recommend!

What a lovely place! So modern, clean and pretty! I loved everything about it, and especially the diamon-encrusted kettle and the welcome message on TV. It’s these little details that make this hotel special.
