Really good location, nice and quiet. When it says its in a shopping centre there are only about 4 shops on the ground floor so don't let that put you off

This hotel is right where you need to be. Easy walking to everything. The room is large and attractive and clean. There are large closets and dressers. There was even a good size fridge. So convenient.

Old town location second to none
Loved the location walkable to everywhere The security for the building was second to none and the people at reception desk very helpful . Even called me a taxi to main train station as I was a little nervous about the pickup point since hotel on non car zone . No problem there . Room comfortable no noise . Would stay here again

We plan to come back
At first, we thought this hotel was in a strange location--in a shopping mall--but it turned out to be very convenient. The staff was very helpful. The room was nicely furnished, very quiet, and it had a spectacular bathroom.

Staff friendly. The room was comfortable and quiet, with mini fridge, very nice bed for a good night sleep. Great location, very close to the main spots of Bratislava. The city has a variety of really nice restaurants and coffee shops. The food was very tasty!

Excellent location, well kept, spacious room. However, AC was broken throughout our stay which left the room very warm. I'd have thought a contingency plan for fans might have been available. We were assigned a room with a disabled bathroom which we were not in need of. Also staff tend to be non-engaging but I think this is just the Slovak way

Central hotel. Very close to centre of the old town. Perfect location. While we were there the air conditioning was not working for the entire stay. Staff were apologetic and they did warn us before we registered. However as we had already paid and had nowhere else to go we had no choice. Rooms are very large and comfortable. One room had a major issue with cleanliness. The occupants were moved however the next room also had a different issue with cleanliness. As it was 12:20 am and we were checking out the next day we put up with it. Hence the low ratings.

Great Location but Room redecoration needed
For the price, I expected a better quality in Bratislava. The room was spacious and was probably perfect 10 years ago. The carpet in the bedroom was very grubby and needs to be replaced and there was mould on the bathroom tile grout.. It wasn't clear if there were any breakfast or dining facilities in the hotel. There were two snack shops at the main entrance to the building. It didn't really matter as there are numerous other options within 3 minutes walk of the hotel. A reason for selecting this hotel was that there was an airport transfer provided. It wasn't clear that this was at an extra cost of Euro20.00 However the reception staff were very helpful and the location was perfect to explore a really wonderful city.

Having stayed in the hotel several times over the past 8 years, this last trip was probably my last. The hotel is tired and rooms and common areas in a terrible state for a supposed 4 star hotel. Cheap towels, cheap bedding and a very poor state of decoration within the hotel.

Excellent location for old town Bratislava - everywhere very easy walking distance. Lovely room, spacious and huge, comfortable bed. Friendly welcome at reception. Breakfast limited, not a lot of choice and not restocked when dishes empty.

This hotel is well located with a strange setup as it is located within a shopping gallery. When I arrived there were kids crying behind the reception (who seem to be staff family members) and a women yelling at them. It was very upsetting to arrive at a hotel and have to observe such a private family matter being handled in front of the customers.

Lovely location
It’s walking distance from the bus terminus and a short train ride from the bus station. It’s a small property but very tasteful and safe. Probably a trifle expensive for a city like Bratislava, but overall we felt good about staying there. And oh yes, you get a welcome drink here which is totally alien to any hotel in Europe !

Excellent hotel in a very good location
This is a very good hotel in an ideal location in the Old Town. The hotel is a little quirky in a small shopping centre location. Reception is on the second floor, rooms floors 3-5 and dining room in the basement. Your room key card is needed to operate the lift. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean, the bathroom is modern and clean. There is a good choice at breakfast. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. We were pleasantly surprised by Bratislava, the Old Town is lovely. You can get a coach from the bus station under the new bridge to Vienna for €10 return, the journey is a little over an hours on a very high class coach. Prague and Budapest can also be reached cheaply. One tip, contact the hotel to arrange airport transfer. We read on line the cost of a taxi should be no more than €15. The first taxi that stopped said the fare would be €25 so we said no, the second said the computer worked it out ie. the meter, so we thought we were ok. The standard charge was €8 and went up in increments of 10c every few seconds. Luckily for us the driver got lost and stopped the meter but by then the cost was €81!!! When he found the destination he said really the fare should be €120. We paid the €81 but were just stunned. We reported this at the hotel and were told that because we were tourists the taxi drivers thought they could charge what they wanted. The hotel booked the return trip for us and the charge was an acceptable €13. Please don’t be caught out like we were.

Good location on edge of pedestrian area, close to the centre of town and transport links to airport. Breakfast was perfectly acceptable with normal choices of breads, cheeses, meats, yogurts and hot food such as sausage and eggs.
