My husband and I had a very nice time there. Our room was very beautiful. Everything was very clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed having our breakfasts at the hotel. Food was very tasty and fresh.

Hidden gem near the city center
Marrol's Boutique Hotel is a hidden gem just a few steps away from the pedestrian city center. From the moment we stepped in until we checked out, we felt very welcomed by the friendly and accommodating staff. The hotel is beautifully decorated with modern amenities. Breakfast is included and quite varied. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here with our 2 year old and they had the crib and blankets for him already set up! It was perfect. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. We didn't see love the robes, more like towels than something to lounge around in. Breakfast was delicious, only wish it went a bit later since we've been sleeping in. The place is so much nicer than the photos! It's a bit further from old town than we preferred, funky back and forth on a few streets there, but it was fine for us.

It’s a nice boutique hotel - good furniture and carpets, centrally located. If they try to put you in Room 109 however, ask for another one. It is next door to housecleaning. They make a fair amount of noise in the morning, and you can hear the laundry machines late at night. Ask for a room far away as possible from this.

Marrol's is a delightful hotel, with charming and helpful staff, an excellent restaurant, and a great location. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The hotel is within easy walking distance of many restaurants, the orchestra and opera houses, and plenty to see.

Lovely old fashioned hotel with extremely high quality furnishings and good service. Breakfast was slightly disappointing, the hot food was Luke warm and when the ham was gone there was no more offered. However General food quality was good.

Wonderful stay overall!
The room was clean and cozy. Staff was helpful and kind. Good location to be close enough to the action, without being directly in it. Highly recommend doing the private spa experience as well, was a rejuvenating and luxurious way to spend a couple of hours on a rainy day!

Overall the stay was very good. Service and food was what I expected, and the second floor terrace is delightful. I do not recommend room 204, as it is situated outside of a bar and is quite noisy. The WiFi is also weak at that end of the property. We were never able to get a comfortable full night’s sleep due to the noise. The desk staff seemed aware this was a noisy room, and it is probably one they reserve for guests who book through a third party OTA. The bathroom was adequate and servicing was prompt. This hotel was my wife’s choice due to the location to the old city, but I will likely book elsewhere if we travel here again.

The hotel is situated near a residential area so nice and quiet of an evening but still only a 5-10 minute walk into the old town. The room was very clean and comfortable, the staff were very helpful and nothing was to much to ask. If you are thinking of visiting Bratislava I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay. First Class !

It’s a very nice hotel. We found the cleaning staff to be a little loud in the mornings. It’s an older building so conversations and vacuums can be heard easily. Overall a great and charming hotel.
