Great Hotel for Ski In/Ski Out

Posted Mar 23, 2015
Pros: Right on the mountain, walking distance to town, staff, quite
A friend and I only stayed here for 1 night so it was pretty pricy, however the front desk let us check in 5 hours early. After you figure out how to navigate the 4 buildings you stop feeling like your a mouse in an experimental maze. The room was very nice and clean. I plan on staying here again.

Needs update

Posted Mar 23, 2015
Overall the stay was good but the hotel and rooms need a revamp. Cracked tiles and bath, dirty sealant, dirty carpets etc. The hotel needs a urgent refresh to match the good staff and service.

Ski trip to Breckenridge

Posted Mar 19, 2015
Pros: best 1 star hotel I've ever stayed at.
Cons: Room condition, housekeeping, cleanliness, value, all amenities. Small, overcrowded hot tubs and pool are germ factories.
Location: skiing
Poor/no-show housekeeping. Poor room condition (outdated bathroom, sofa bed, kitchen and all hotel amenities). Well worn shag carpeting (speaks for itself) Room smelled like an ashtray Overall great '70's feel to it. Overpriced vs. value.

Perfect Ski Resort

Posted Mar 19, 2015
Perfect location walking distance from anything you might need during your stay in breckenridge. Very family friendly atmosphere. Nicely priced & kitchen fully equipped if you want to cook And stay in but who wants that when there are hundreds of fine restaurants in the area. Our kids attended ski school at beaver run so this was super convenient as we got to get to know the town.

Very outdated. Maze inside

Posted Mar 16, 2015
Our maid came to the room each day around 5, just when most people were getting ready for dinner. Very small room. Very outdated. We actually got lost several times using different elevators.

Great location

Posted Mar 15, 2015
Overall our family really enjoyed the hotel. The location is great- right on the slopes and a short walk to town. The hotel is a bit dated and the layout is a little unusual and can be difficult to find your way around, but the good far outweighed the bad. Our kids loved the pool and the arcade. We would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Noisy industrial sounds

Posted Mar 15, 2015
Pros: The room was clean and had quick access to slopes.
Cons: Whatever the running water sound was needs to be corrected or sound proofed so that guests cand sleep and enjoy their room away from home.
Location: Great skiing, nice resteraunts and town to explore
The room was located at the back of the facility facing a delivery parking or drop off area but the problem was the intermittent sound of loud running water throughout the entire night that made it difficult to sleep.

Location!

Posted Mar 12, 2015
Pros: The location to main street, ski in and out plus rentals on site was convenient. The Spa had excellent massages and private hot tubs.
Cons: The condo we had didn't have Air conditioning or even a ceiling fan to circulate air. Would have been better if we had some kind of ventilation.
Location: 5 minute shuttle ride to all things on main street and surrounding areas. Just be ready to tip each time you ride.
The ski in ski out of the ski storage area/locker room is great. Looks crowded at the ski lift and base of mountain but it really isn't b/c there are so many runs for people to choose from. Love that it had many runs for beginning skiers with lots of choices in blue and greens. Beaver run shuttle is so easy, just call and they come get you within 5 to 10 minutes.

Average hotel right on the slopes

Posted Mar 11, 2015
Pros: Location... very close to the lift. Also great shuttle service into the village.
Cons: House keeping attention. They did not keep everything replenished in the room (shampoo, lotion, coffee, etc). Had to talk to the front desk.
Location: Breckenridge village was a short shuttle ride away. Very friendly drivers.
Hotel facility is rather aged but clean and convenient to skiing. Room was small and the bathroom was difficult to access past the bed which was too close to the wall.
