Not worth staying
Our Junior Suite was ok but nothing special and the room was dirty and the carpet was terrible. The bathroom cabinets had cobwebs and dirty splash stains. The mini fridge was totally empty not even a bottle of water would have expected more. The reception made us feel like second class citizens as she asked her colleague what room should she give us as we had booked via Expedia - she didn’t realise I could understand her I am English. I would not stay here again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

It’s a great hotel in spring and winter. I was there in august there was no AC and the temperatures were in the 80s.

Place is desperate need of renovation, plugs are almost coming out of the wall if you use them. Don't go if you wan to use the pool, it's extra charge and no clothing allowed which isn't explained on the advert. Breakfast was seriously lacking choice The restaurant was good and bar staff were amazing

Personal was wery nice. Breakfast a bit poor. Dinner expensive compare to amount. I was always hungry after dinner so I decided to have a dinner at anothere place.

I made a slight mistake in booking this property as I was feeling unwell at the time (moreover in the middle of a long intercontinental trip) and tried to change the dates within less than 10 minutes of making the reservation. In spite of the intervention by Expedia, the hotel insisted that since the rate was fixed and based on a non-cancellable basis, I had to pay the whole amount. I know the property will insist on that aspect, but I would like prospective clients to understand the mentality of this establishment. There are good (in fact much better) alternatives in Breda, just a few kilometers away. Please consider these before booking this place. I did and was not disappointed. I will never book this place again (although my family lives in this town).

The hotel was fine but very basic. Breakfast was ok but nothing special. The room was cleaned, i think, everyday or at least someone came in everyday but things werent replaced if empty, bed was just put a little straight, towels not replaced.

Ideally located venue and worth a stay.
Well located hotel on the main motorway for commuting or travelling between Belgium and Rotterdam or Amsterdam. Plenty of free car parking around the hotel which is a welcome treat. Hotel reception, bedroom, Bar and Spa as to be expected for such a hotel group. Spa was nice but not free and cost €15 for entry as a hotel guest - no clothes allowed after 11am in case that is an issue. Bar food was good however as they had introduced a new menu they did not have an English version available which would have been helpful. Personally I found the breakfast a little disappointing as breads were a little hard however there was quite a lot of choice. I would certainly use the hotel again if I was in the area so have no issue in recommending it.

Aesthetically, I thought the exterior of the hotel was amazing. I thought the interior was just okay, kind of average. It lacked a certain energy. So it was clean and functional but that's it. I didn't like that the exercise equipment was unplugged.

Nothing trivial at the trivium
A hotel within walking distance of Etten Leur centre is a favourite for business and travellers since the easy access to main road network and ample parking. The food is great, staff friendly though the reception is a little different to most. Rooms are large, clean and comfortable but you might test your eyesight with the small tv screen mounted in the corner of the room. All in all if you need to be in Etten Leur then this is one of the best options

Stayed on Christmas Eve night and had a set 4 course meal in the testaurant which was superb! Great Christmas atmosphere. Thoroughly recommend this hotel for any time of year. Good parking.

I have to stay in the hotel due to business trips to Etten-Leur. Had I got better option would have stayed there instead of this hotel. Though it has Spa and other indoor facilities but hotel does not live up to 4-Star level. Have stayed in much better places. Suites are either without fridges or bottle of water. Bathroom sink in few rooms where I stayed have cracks. On the first day always found rooms without shampoo & Conditioners/Soap. Though luxury soap was made available but not sure why in the first place they provide other things and can not keep up to their standards. Few rooms have stained carpets. Giving impression that hotel needs refurbishment. Confused about Restaurant sometimes they give you full menu and sometimes to go menu with few options. Overall Average experience.

The staff, professional and friendly, always made sure my stay at the hotel was pleasant. Rooms were more than comfortable. They were cosy, clean, with a good ventilation and spacious bathrooms. Location was convinient. Though the surrounding was mostly nature, access to Public transportation was easy, which made it great for exploring nearby cities during the day, as well as for relaxing and quiet sleeps at night. The Restaurant, full of professional staff, is more than conviniently located at the hotel.

Hotel in the middle of nowhere. No taxi or Uber service. No A/C. Refrigerator was dead and no replacement available in our 20 day stay. Staff was very good but will book somewhere else next time.

Good choice!
Hotel is great, facilities are good and the spa has a really good price for guests. The only inconvenient was that the room was cold when I arrived and it took almost 1 day to warm up enough. Highly recomendable.
