Booked reservation online. Chose hotel based on pool and hot tub. Also, continental breakfast. Checked in and found out hot tub did not work! Also, pull out sofa bed had no bedding on it. Had to request bedding from front desk. Had to pick up extra bath towels as there were only two in the room.
We had a booking and money already paid. we reached in the evening for room checking and they said no rooms are available. No sorry nothing we had two kids with us and find another accommodation in the night.
Property close to the highway. Several guests were talking and yelling loudly in the lobby when I arrived and hotel staff should ask them to turn the volume down.
A sign in the bathroom read “stop by the front desk to ask for a towel refresh” we did, at 10am, and they said they needed 24 hour notice. The hot tub was barely room temperature.

Booked on Expedia breakfast was to be included got down to breakfast and found out it was $16/person. We were out of the room most of the time and no one came in to clean/get garbage/or put on new towels during our stay we had to go to the front desk and ask for towels. Our television in the room did not work said weak signal. Let the male know when we were at checkout Sunday morning 11/12 shortly after 8 AM. He was rude and said these were not his problems. Other than that room was nice and so was the other staff.

This was an excellent experience for me however the folks in my group had somewhat different experiences. Two different people from two different rooms had experiences tripping on the outdoor sidewalk. I know at least one person reported it to management. Otherwise the rooms were very nice. I was disappointed that you had to pay for the 2 bottled waters that were left in the room unless you were a rewards member. I was there for a funeral and it just left a bad taste in my mouth, no pun intended.

Great place to stay, staff are very friendly, rooms are comfortable and clean, they have a gym & pool with a hot tub for any down time you may have, and its close to plenty of places to eat.

Our stay was a small family getaway . We loved the room the pool was okay but needed to be cleaned. The only sad disappointing thing is the front desk guy was not friendly and when we asked for towels he gave us 3. He acted as if we were asking for free things. Four of us stayed fri and sat night. All together we got 6 towels. He should not be a front desk person with no people skills.

Worst experience ever, upon arrival their payment process caused an error on their end and they attempted to double charge me. I had to spend over an hour with my wife and 3 yr old in the lobby. I had to fix their issue and spend time calling my bank to return the charge they took on the first attempt so they could manually run my card again even though the transaction went through on my banks end. Finally after an hour and fifteen mins they let my wife and child into the room and their computer was able to take payment properly. At this point I was very frustrated and they offered free breakfast but I already had that through my booking so they offered us some free snacks. Then in the morning I woke up for breakfast to no electricity in the whole hotel. Power was out for 3 hours. Went to get breakfast at 8:30am and they were cleaning it up quickly so I did not even get a good breakfast. The customer service is horrible and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone since they all lack in making the customer experience a positive experience. Also, upon entering room and checking it the bathtub/shower was dirty and had hair so I had to have them send someone to clean it. They left half a role a toilet paper and no extra toilet paper. Cloths from the last customer was in the drawers. Staff appear under trained and lazy.

The hotel was good, but the actual room was very hot. We adjusted the temperature but it never got cooler than 71 degrees.
